In October 2020, the news broke that Bethenny Frankel and Paul Bernon split up after two years together. Other than that update, there didn’t seem to be much more to it. There were no rumblings of drama or scandal of any kind.
She even insisted, “not everything has to end badly.” Well, apparently, the romance didn’t actually “end” after all. Or if it did, it wasn’t over for long.
In January 2021, Page Six reported that the Real Housewives of New York alum and Paul were photographed holding each other’s hands. They were also photographed hanging out with Bethenny’s daughter Bryn Hoppy.
Sure, they could just be the most amicable exes of all time, which would be quite the change from the legal battles, shade throwing, and intense arguments with Bethenny’s ex-husband Jason Hoppy. However, Bethenny basically confirmed that she and Paul are back together as a couple when she posted a Valentine’s Day selfie with him standing in the background.

Along with the picture, B wrote, “Behind every woman… (you fill in the blanks here.) Happy Valentine’s Day xoxo #Loveyourself.” Now, after looking at the photo, I can’t help wondering if she intentionally took a picture with Paul in the background or if she was just taking a selfie, she happened to notice him standing there, and then she put that caption in.
Regardless of how the photo came together, she sure knows how to get people talking. Paul commented on the Instagram post with a red heart emoji.

Teresa Giudice’s new boyfriend Luis “Louie” Ruelas liked the post, which seems so random. Dallas Housewife D’Andra Simmons and Real Housewife of New Jersey Jackie Goldschneider also clicked “like.”
As of this moment, none of Bethenny’s former co-stars acknowledged the post. Then again, she only follows Dorinda Medley, so I doubt that the rest of them are down to double tap her photos these days.
