Jenelle Evans has a new attorney, and soon, a new mugshot! After her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith filed charges against her alleging that she assaulted him in the parking lot of his apartment building, she was issued a warrant by Myrtle Beach Police for criminal domestic violence. Jenelle has decided to turned herself into the police, but now Nathan wants those charges dropped. Is your head spinning yet?
Jenelle’s new attorney Amy S. Lawrence reveals that the Teen Mom 2 star regrets her actions, and will be cooperating with the police! “I can confirm that there is a warrant out for Jenelle’s arrest for criminal domestic violence, stemming from an incident that happened last night,” she confirmed.
Jenelle Evans racks up another police charge – call Dustin Sullivan! With her volatile, on-again-off-again relationship with Nathan Griffith spent more often in the police station, than out of it, Jenelle was again accused of assaulting her former fiancé. However, Jenelle claims it was the opposite way around, and Nathan actually assaulted her! I guess he got to the police first…
Jenelle and Nathan called off their engagement after previous domestic violence incidents (and cheating allegations), however the Teen Mom 2 star recently suggested they were headed down the path of reconciliation. Guess not! Oh, what am I saying – with these two assault is like foreplay. In this latest incident, Myrtle Beach Police have sought arrest warrants for Jenelle based on a claim from Nathan, who says Jenelle came over to his house Tuesday night and assaulted him while drunk.
The most shocking part of the story is that Kaiser was in Nathan’s custody at the time, and their one-year-old son was apparently left inside the apartment – alone – while Jenelle and Nathan were squalling and brawling outside. #CPS
In not so shocking news, another Jenelle Evans relationship has come to an end with her boyfriend/fiance/husband being hauled off to jail for domestic violence. It’s a rite of passage, really, for those who end a relationship with the messy Teen Mom 2 star. In case you’ve misplaced your flow chart, Jenelle was most recently engaged to Nathan Griffith, the father of her second child.
Police were called to Jenelle and Nathan‘s home around 4:45 a.m. yesterday morning. No arrests were made during that (probably regularly scheduled) visit, but the police were called back yesterday afternoon and Nathan was arrested for domestic violence. According to the Horry County police report, there was a physical fight involving a toilet and an engagement ring. Only on Teen Mom.
Yesterday South Carolina Highway Patrol pulled Jenelle over around 3PM for driving without a valid driver’s license – according to Jenelle, it turns out her her license was suspended due to a ticket she paid “3 days late” in 2013.
Now, new details have emerged about Jenelle's arrest, which she blamed on a neighbor. Classic "LMFAO" Jenelle. Her arrest report isn't nearly as amusing as Nathan Griffith's taser and vomit story from September, but it's a well-timed reminder that she has not changed one bit.
Jenelle was reportedly fighting with boyfriend and baby daddy Nathan Griffith. Her neighbors told InTouch, "Jenelle must have gotten into a fight with her boyfriend, and locked him out of the house. He was banging on the door, and someone must've called the cops. They showed up soon after and Jenelle was originally hesitant to let them in. When she finally opened up, they went inside and next thing you know she was being brought out in handcuffs."
The police department confirmed Jenelle's arrest, "She was arrested at about 6pm tonight on a charge of Breach of Peace and has been released on bond. I will not have details until Monday when I can get an incident report."
Dustin Sullivan, the judge whisperer, managed to get Jenelle's most serious charges – simple assault; possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute; possession of Percocet – dropped. The Teen Mom 2 star pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 18 months of unsupervised probation.
Jenelle was free to go about her normal day, which usually consists of video gaming, napping, soaking in the tub, and cyber bullying former besties, random fans, former boyfriends, and husband Courtland Rogers. However, she failed a drug test issued by the court, so to the slammer she went for 48 hours.
Jenelle was released from jail Wednesday morning. What. A. Spectacle.
Naturally, Courtland tweeted his way through his visit, "Life might not always be fair but at least I'm alive to witness what really matters. This sobriety s–t is amazing!"
In the end, Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 18 months of unsupervised probation. Charges surrounding a schedule II controlled substance (Percocet) and assault against Courtland were dropped.
Not a bad day in court for Jenelle, err, until the judge requested a drug test. Dustin Sullivan has reported that she tested positive for marijuana, sharing, "The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive."
