Leave it to Ashley "Build-A-Bear" Hebert to buck the system when it comes to wedding etiquette. Seriously, someone get this girl an Emily Post book stat! No, I'm being too hard on Ashley and her fiancé J.P. Rosenbaum. I should be applauding the Bachelorette pair for actually making it down the aisle given the curse that seems to plague all relationships born of the Bachelor franchise. Did you know that out of twenty-four seasons there have been twenty-one engagements that failed? I mean, yes, two of those engagements belonged to both Brad Womack and former flame Emily Maynard, but those odds aren't good! My math is bad…I realize that Emily's engagement to Brad doesn't factor in, but I feel like it is worth mentioning. Lots of failed relationships!
Of course, when Chris Harrison talks about the most dramatic rose ceremonies ever I never thought that he would try to orchestrate the most dramatic televised wedding ever. I don't know whether to be disgusted or proud for what will surely be Bachelor Pad style television. Slow clap, Mr. Harrison, slow clap.

In a new interview with UsWeekly magazine, the former Bachelorette star reveals she is dating again, after moving out of the apartment she shared with Ed in his hometown of Chicago for her old apartment in Vancouver.
“It was the last thing I wanted to do,” Jillian, 29, admits. “It’s terrible to leave because the other person doesn’t know what they want,” Jillian tells US, adding that she “fought very hard” to save the relationship.
And despite the fact that Ed, 31, has been spotted flirting with several women in Chicago following their split, Jillian defends him, stating that “he’s not a bad guy.” She adds, “He’s just not quite ready to grow up.”
You can read more of Jillian’s interview in the latest issue of UsWeekly.
DeAnna, 28, confirms to the magazine that she is indeed engaged to Stephen Stagliano, who just happens to be the twin brother of former Bachelorette contestant Michael Stagliano. “I was crying, holding his hands, and he showed me the ring. I just nodded, like, ‘Yeah!'” DeAnna tells Us.
UsWeekly is also reporting that former Bachelor contestant Holly Durst is engaged to Michael Stagliano, a contestant on the Bachelorette season of Jillian Harris. Michael proposed to Holly on June 26th.
DeAnna and Holly both met their fiances (the twins) at a party for 2009’s The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All special. The two engaged couples plan on having a double wedding in the spring of 2010.
The quartet is also hoping to have their weddings featured on an impending reality show titled Four Better, for Worse.
In case you’re wondering, yes this is the same Jesse who used to be engaged to DeAnna Pappas after winning her Bachelorette season in 2008, and yes this is the same Jesse who briefly dated DeAnna’s future sister-in-law to be, Holly Durst in 2009. Whew!
Jesse, who might or might not be a raging famewhore, made sure to invite the RadarOnline cameras to capture every moment of his intimate engagement and also made sure to tell the site he proposed with a “stunning $22,000 custom-made 2 carat princess cut engagement ring designed by Rob Levit of North Eastern Ohio-based Levit Jewelers Inc.”
And in case you’re asking yourself, who the heck is Ann Lueders? Well you’re not alone. A quick search however shows Ann was on the Bachelor season 13 with Jason Mesnick. She was however eliminated the first night.
More drama in the Bachelor break-up soap opera. Just when it seems things are starting to die down and people are beginning to move on comes news that Vienna Girardi’s ex-boyfriend is claiming she slept with him 10 days before she broke up with Jake Pavelka.
The ex-boyfriend, Brian Lee Smith, is the same guy who leaked out emails last week that alleged Vienna was trying to get back together with him. Vienna has since denied she sent Lee any emails and even threatened to sue.
Lee, who was arrested in 2009 for harassing Vienna, is now telling Radar she cheated on Jake with him when she visited her hometown in Florida because of her sick dog.
“We were in my truck hooking up, her shirt was off and Jake just kept calling over and over again,” said Lee to Radar, also claiming he and Vienna had an on-again, off-again romance for the last four years. According to Lee, Vienna said, “I can’t just ignore his calls or he’ll freak out and call every minute.”
Lee says the relationship progressed and by the end of May, the phone calls became sexual. “It happened when Jake was out of town and we had phone sex three nights in a row.” Lee said. “It was a lot of fun and I told her I wanted her to come see me for my birthday in June.”
Lee also claims to be disappointed he and Vienna did not get back together. “She promised me she wanted our life back together,” he said, “but now she has a life in L.A.”
In other Bachelor(ette) news, just one week after confirming her split/break with fiance Ed Swiderski, it seems Jillian Harris is ready to get rid of her ring. UsWeekly reports Jillian tweeted yesterday, “Let’s trade the ring in for a new BMW!” only to take down the tweet later.
Perhaps RadarOnline’s report of Ed going out partying and trying to hook up with multiple women finally pushed Jillian over the edge. She told UsWeekly last week that the split was likely temporary and just a break for she and Ed to sort things out. It however seems Ed is over it and is already moving on. One can only hope Jillian finally realizes she deserves better than a two-timing douche.
More details are starting to come out regarding the recent Bachelorette split.
RadarOnline reports friends of the couple believe Ed’s playboy ways is to blame for the split. “We think Ed was doing shady stuff during their relationship,” an inside source told Radar in an exclusive interview. “Jillian knew but couldn’t put her finger on it.”
The friends also recall another incident about a month-and-a-half ago when the couple flew to Los Angeles from Chicago and Jillian stayed with girlfriends while Ed stayed with the guys.
The morning after the night out on the town, Ed’s pals had an early tee-time to play golf but when they went to pick up Ed, he couldn’t make it. “I believe he had a girl with him and had no way to get her out of the house,” revealed the inside source. “They all knew he was a player.”
A former Bachelor contestant also chimes in, “Jillian thought that she could change him.”
Radar is also reporting that Jillian will have to return her $60,000 Platinum Neil Lane engagement ring to ABC. Why? Well apparently to keep the ring, the engaged couple is required to stay together for 2 years. They do not have to get married within that 2 year period, but they would need to remain a couple. This might explain why Jillian was so hell bent on making things work with Ed despite the very public details of his two timing ways.

UsWeekly is breaking the story in their latest issue. And former Bachelorette star Jillian is confirming the news to the mag, “I love him and I’m really sad, but I have to look out for me,” says Jillian, 29.
Ed, 30, also talks to the mag, “We’re both kind of resetting. Jillian isn’t happy and I’m definitely sad about the whole thing, but we’ve got to work through some things on our own if we decide to move forward.”
This news isn’t exactly a shocker as it was revealed last August that Ed had two girlfriends back home in Chicago during his time on the show. Even more damaging was news that Ed had sex with one of the said girlfriend just days after proposing to Jillian. There have also been rumblings that despite moving in with Jillian, Ed had yet to curb his cheating ways.
“There’s bumps on the road, and we don’t always deal with them properly,” said Jillian to UsWeekly in early June. “Our life is not always perfect.”
UsWeekly promises to reveal the actual reason for the split in their latest issue.
TELL US: ARE YOU SURPRISED BY THIS BREAK-UP? IS IT TIME FOR ABC TO GIVE UP ON THE BACHELOR FRANCHISE?
The new season of The Bachelorette featuring Ali Fedotowsky premiered Monday night, but the hot topic on the minds of viewers seems to be the upcoming scandal this season, when it is discovered that one of the men vying for Ali’s heart already had not one, but two girlfriends back home.
That man is Canadian wrestler Justin Rego aka Rated R. Interestingly enough, Justin was voted by the other men on the show as being there for the wrong reasons on Monday’s premiere episode. And while some of the past douche bags on the show were able to get away with two timing, think the Wes scandal from Jillian Harris’s season, Justin wasn’t quite so lucky, as one of his girlfriends actually called Ali during filming of the show.
The girlfriend that made the phone call to Ali (set to air during a later episode) was Jessica Spillas, pictured in the white top above. According to RealitySteve, Jessica is a 19-year-old from Toronto, Canada, and according to her, Justin was her longtime boyfriend who only went on the show to further his wrestling career.
So why did Jessica decide to out Justin out to Ali? Well apparently while the show was filming earlier this year, Jessica found out Justin had been tow timing her with another girl named Kimberly Kerekes (pictured in the middle above). Jessica then contacted former Bachelor contestant Jessie Sulidis, who also ails from Toronto. Jessie put Jessica in touch with the show’s producers, thus leading to the infamous phone call to Ali.
The other girl, Kimberly, also gave a recent interview to RadarOnline, during which she reveals she had no idea Justin had another girlfriend back home. Kimberly also reveals she had been dating Justin for three months before he left to do the show.
