According to Radar Online, Kim needed a plot for the season. What better way to accomplish that than to go under the knife? A source close to production reveals that Kim's plastic surgery didn't come as a shock to anyone…not even her Kim's sister Splits Richards.

Not only that, but Bravo was so desperate to have a reason for the cameras to follow Kim, the network allegedly paid for Kim's surgery. I sincerely hope this "source" is mistaken (it is Radar, after all). Bravo has sunk to several lows in the past, but surely it wouldn't send a newly sober reality star under the knife. I mean, hello…painkillers! How irresponsible.

Additionally, the insider reminds the site that Kim is nowhere near as wealthy as her co-stars. In fact, most of them could buy and sell her ten times over. If Bravo didn't pony up to pay for her nose job, it's highly unlikely she could have paid for it herself. “Kim doesn’t have an assistant or a houseman, she can’t afford that, let alone plastic surgery,” the source says. “So the story line was created for her and Bravo footed the bill.”
What's next? Are you going to tell me that Bravo is responsible for Yolanda Foster's amazing fridge? I couldn't cope.
