Brandi Glanville restauranteur? Apparently she wants to be! With her new-found bestseller money, Brandi says she asked now former friend Lisa Vanderpump if she could be an investor in her restaurant PUMP, but was turned down! I guess the Vanderpump-Todds were worried that Brandi’s investment capital would quickly be nullified by her showing up at the bar and demanding the owners special!
The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star said she’s considered getting into the restaurant business for a while, so with Lisa and Ken Todd opening PUMP, it seemed like a convenient opportunity! “I’ve always wanted to have a restaurant,” Brandi shared. “I actually offered to be an investor in PUMP when she first opened PUMP, and she didn’t want me to be an investor.”

Lisa’s reason, according to Brandi: “She just wants to keep business business and pleasure pleasure.”
Apparently Lisa and Ken weren’t interested – and realized Brandi as a silent partner ain’t gonna happen! I mean unless by “silent” one means mafia enforcer telling people”Shut the F–k up” partner! I have an inkling PUMP is headed for a Bravo spinoff, and they wouldn’t want Brandi getting a cut of that either!
Brandi says she still wants to own a restaurant someday, because she’s so over the club scene. “I know that it’s not good money and most of them go out of business very soon, but I’ve been a hostess, I’ve been a waitress… I’ve done it all,” Brandi describes to People.
“I just feel like as I get older I’m not going to be up in the club — might as well have a little restaurant to go chill at,” Brandi explains. Right, except owning your OWN restaurant means you won’t be chilling in it, especially if you want it to remain open!
