Scheana Marie Sued For Excessive Pot Parties? Tom Schwartz Defends Her

Happy 4/20 from Scheana Marie stoner!? According to her neighbor, the Vanderpump Rules star’s apartment emits so many weed fumes he’s getting a contact high and has now filed a lawsuit against her. Whatever happened to Shay’s sobriety? 

According to court documents filed by the neighbor, Scheana and Shay’s “weed parties” are so out of control (and so frequent), that living next door to her is affecting his family’s quality of health! To misquote Mr. Rogers, Dontcha be my neighbor!

Despite appearances to the contrary, Scheana and Shay reside in a fancy high rise building in LA where rents are equally high (did she move since last season of Vanderpump Rules when her apartment resembled where Goodwill goes to die?) – also high, allegedly, are Scheana and Shay. So high, that “marijuana clouds” are drifting through the neighbor’s walls. As a result the neighbor attests that his spouse and his children are getting nauseous from the constant fumes!

He’s also fed up with the noise Scheana and Shay cause, which, pun intended, is chronic. 

That’s not all – Scheana’s neighbor is also annoyed with her ill-treated black cat, which is allowed to roam free and wander through the complex. Per TMZ, the neighbor claims Scheana leaves both the cat and its food outside, which attracts ants that have inundated his kitchen, bedroom, closets and bathrooms. 

Scheana’s neighbor has not only filed suit against Scheana and Shay, but against the building management. He’s seeking a discount on his rent, plus damages. 

Who would have thought Scheana would be the neighborhood narcissist?! 

Possibly commenting on the lawsuit, today Scheana sent out a tweet advising us not to believe everything we read. 

Scheana’s Vanderpump Rules co-star Tom Schwartz also calls bullshit on the report. He Tweeted:
