Ariana Madix Discusses The Possibilities Of A Friendship With Stassi Schroeder & A Spin-Off Show With Tom Sandoval

Unlike some Bravo shows that have lost a bit of their luster (yet we all continue to watch anyway), Vanderpump Rules is bringing it every Monday night. These people are really going through it. There is a new story line every. single. episode. I am just living for it.

The beauty about being on a show with 536,474 people in the cast is that no one should have to reveal too much about themselves. Nevertheless, these people are. Every last one of them is divulging very personal details about their lives-even Ariana Madix has been more private in the past seasons. Now she is discussing the possibility of a friendship with Stassi Schroeder and whether she would want her own spin-off show with Tom Sandoval.

During an interview with hayu, Ariana teased that there is still a lot more drama to come. She said, “There is SO much that’s going to happen. During the first half of the season every single one of us had something going on, and the second half is just like the first- I don’t think anyone walks away from this season unscathed.” That’s unfortunate for the cast, but fortunate for the viewers, and I guess ultimately fortunate for the cast since they will inevitably profit off of their social misfortune.

During the Season 5 finale, Ariana and Stassi had an oddly heartwarming conversation over their mutual love for murder, but it doesn’t seem like much has changed between them. On last week’s episode, Ariana and Stassi had dueling birthday parties, splitting up the cast, yet again. Is there hope for a double birthday celebration next year? Although Ariana and Stassi attempting to compromise for the sake of party planning sounds like premium content to me, I’m really getting ahead of myself here.

Nevertheless, Ariana did share, “Stassi and I are cool, and we talk every once in a while. I don’t think there are any hard feelings on my end. Fundamentally we are different people and I think there are certain things that we might butt heads on, but in the big scheme of things we’re cool! We’ve definitely been able to have fun together a number of times, but I think if we were to develop a friendship in the future, there would definitely be things we’d have to work through.”

Please work through those things. I would love to see these two as friends. I would also love to see how Sandoval would handle a Stassi and Ariana friendship.

Ariana was asked if she would ever consider doing a reality show with Tom. She answered, “I think that would be really fun! But I’ve spoken to people who have had spin-off shows, and they’ve told me how absolutely crazy and hard it is to film a show that only revolves around two people.” It’s safe to assume that those “people” Ariana has spoken to were Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright. That Kentucky spin-off caused nothing but trouble for the two of them.

Ariana continue, “For me personally, I would want it to be something that’s a little bit different from Vanderpump Rules because I don’t think there’s any way we could come close to topping that! I would like to do something about Tom and I renovating our house and the drama that comes with that – we’re both very passionate about things that I have a feeling we’ll be fighting over things like paint colors until the day we die.”

Meet us back here at 9/8 C to dish on tonight’s episode of Vanderpump Rules. “Lisa channels all her energy into restoring SUR after the devastating fire. On the heels of her birthday meltdown, Stassi consults a tarot card reader about her future with Patrick, while Scheana invites a select group of friends to visit Rob’s prized cabin in Big Bear. James makes a startling admission about his feelings for with Lala, and Jax feels left behind in the wake of Tom and Tom’s success.”
