Stassi Schroeder Felt “Unprepared” And “Put On The Spot” During Interview With Tamron Hall

Let the apology tour begin! It’s been a few months since Stassi Schroeder was fired from Vanderpump Rules over racist behavior. In that time, she’s gone out of her way to change the narrative on her life.

After a baby announcement and gender reveal, Stassi decided it was finally time to speak on her firing. I guess the public could only take so many stories about her pregnancy. So she decided on an interview with Tamron Hall on her new show, aptly titled the Tamron Hall Show.

But if Stassi was hoping for redemption, she was in for a big disappointment. According to sources that spoke with Us Weekly, Stassi felt totally unprepared for the interview.

Said the source, “Stassi felt totally unprepared for the interview. She wasn’t in a good mood afterward and felt like she was put on the spot. She has built her brand on being candid and funny, and she feels afraid to make any wrong comments or jokes and having them come across negatively, which, in turn, made the interview awkward.” I suppose owning up to being a horrible person can make things super awkward!

The source continued, “She doesn’t want to make a wrong move or say anything that can be taken out of context because she really has been taking time to work on herself.”

They added, “She felt somewhat caught off guard in how the interview went down because she really has been doing her best to learn, educate herself and be the best version of herself that she can be.” Ok so if that is the case, why is she griping about not being funny enough for her liking?

A second insider revealed, “Producers laid the segments out for Stassi and her team, and everything was all set. And then, to everyone’s surprise, Tamron went rogue and took the interview in a completely different direction.” Pardon me if I don’t have sympathy for Stassi. She wasn’t there to get tossed softballs. She was there to own up to her actions.

This might sound like sympathy for the devil  Stassi. Probably because Stassi likely had this story planted by her new PR team. After all, they are the ones behind her “random stroll” with fiancé, Beau Clark. Remember that’s the one that sparked all the pregnancy rumors to begin with.

Either way, Stassi claimed during her interview that she’s grasping with how others see her in the wake of her firing. She told Tamron, “That is absolutely the hardest part, just going out to a restaurant or going to the grocery store and wondering if that’s what people think. And throughout this whole thing I recognize, I never felt like I was a racist, I don’t have hate in my heart, but I recognize that I wasn’t anti-racist. I wasn’t, and that’s something I’ve been learning throughout all of this.”

Everyone is entitled to learn, but not everyone is sincere. Stassi should keep that in mind for the next interview. If there is one.
