Our favorite Housewives are almost back, and we couldn’t be more excited. Season 8 of The Real Housewives of Potomac will premiere on Bravo on November 5, and this season appears to be messier than ever. To be fair, the Potomac ladies always bring the heat, so we’d expect nothing less from this crew.
The trailer teases some intense moments between cast members Karen Huger, Mia Thornton, Candiace Bassett, Ashley Darby, and Robyn Dixon. Newcomer Nneka Ihim also delivers a powerful punch as she appears to have an explosive feud with Dr. Wendy Osefo.
With all this drama on Potomac Proper, it’s hard to know which lady had their hand in the most dirt. It’s easy to assume it would be veteran Housewife, Gizelle Bryant. However, the OG of the P revealed it’s someone else, and her answer may surprise you.
And the bone collector is…
During a press interview with NBC New York, Gizelle dished on all things season 8 of RHOP. In addition to her love life with Winter House cast member Jason Cameron and her children growing up and leaving for college, Gizzy talked about the group’s biggest pot stirrer.
“You know, Karen did her fair share,” Gizelle revealed. The duo has had a rocky relationship since the beginning; however, viewers may finally see the pair in a different light. According to Gizelle, she and Karen got along this season, but “with everyone else, especially Robyn, she was in the mix [and] was stirring it up.”
“It’s nice to see the Grande Dame get her hands wet,” she finished.
And we couldn’t agree more. It’ll be exciting to see Karen back in the middle of the show’s drama after taking a few seasons off. As we know, the Grande Dame always holds center court, and it’s why the audience loves an activated Mrs. Huger.
