Erin Lichy Claims RHONY Cast Weren’t ‘On Speaking Terms’ After Reunion

The rebooted cast of The Real Housewives of New York tried to spice up the Season 14 reunion with a bit of drama. At the time, some viewers felt it was fabricated, in the absence of any real lingering feelings. That’s why these new comments come as somewhat of a surprise.

Erin Lichy recently suggested that the cast was fractured after the encounter, and that the drama was very much genuine. So much so, that they didn’t speak to one another for some time.

Here’s everything Erin had to say, including whether or not she can confirm a return for Season 15.

Erin describes the “rollercoaster” post-reunion

RHONY cast member Ubah Hassan reached the most with her accusations that Jenna Lyons was not “genuine,” that Erin was “gaslighting” her, and that Brynn Whitfield had trouble with being “loved.”

And everyone came for Jessel Taank’s marriage to Pavit Randhawa because of a solo trip to Thailand with frequent flier points. If anything, the first Real Housewives star of Indian descent should be done her castmates.

But Erin told The Messenger at Z100’s iHeartRadio Jingle Bells 2023 Friday night that the entire cast was fractured.

“Things were a rollercoaster. After the reunion, it was really bad. We were not really on speaking terms,” Erin revealed.

However, the strife was short-lived. Indeed, the group, sans Jenna, were seen dining together in the Big Apple post-reunion.

“But we all have come back,” she clarified. “We really always reconnect. We’re solid in that way.”

So solid, in fact, that Erin even made plans with “some of the girls” for the holidays. Hopefully, the event will include a satisfactory amount of food to appease Sai De Silva and Jenna won’t bring her notorious gift bags. They were never appreciated.

Season 15 casting is still unconfirmed. And Erin couldn’t say that she’s been offered a contract. Perhaps these ladies were just too good friends fore reality TV.

“Not yet. Not yet,” Erin said of still waiting to hear from Bravo. “But we’ll see what happens.”

The Real Housewives of New York City is available to stream on Peacock.
