Real Housewives Who Go BIG For Christmas

It is the most wonderful time of the year. When Real Housewives from all over splurge on expensive Rolex’s and purses, all in the name of Santa. Most choose to have a tasteful holiday experience, but some really go all out. And even though viewers can’t physically be there, most of us pretend to be there in spirit in an attempt to soak up the holiday cheer. Here are the Real Housewives who go big for Christmas. They know exactly how to get into the holiday mood and waste no time stringing up their lights.

Dorinda Medley

The make-it-nice queen always has visions of sugar plums dancing in her head when it comes to the holiday season. Dorinda Medley has a knack for pulling off some of the best holiday decorations, as viewers have seen on the Real Housewives of New York City. I mean, who else could find an FAO Schwarz 6-foot nutcracker at the last minute? Only D. Blue Stone Manor, located in the Berkshires, is always decked out with holiday spirit. At her holiday parties, Dorinda is known to have holiday karaoke, plenty of cocktails, and lots of candy cane decor.

Dorinda once revealed that it only takes one very full day to completely decorate her home in whatever holiday motif she picks. Dorinda loves mood lighting and also uses plenty of candles to set the tone. Sometimes, she will even splurge and treat herself to a very expensive gingerbread house from Bergdorf Goodman. And who could forget Ramona Singer’s favorite part—all the snow globes lined up in a row.

Teresa Giudice

Even though Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas are known to gift fake Cartier jewelry, the New Jersey OG isn’t one to skimp on her holiday decorations. Every year since Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 1, Tre has been making her very own winter wonderland, which has included decor like an all-white tree and a noble-looking nutcracker. The mother of four tends to pick gold and white colors a lot, possibly to look for lux.

Teresa doesn’t just think about the interior, she also makes sure to also deck the halls outside. Via social media, Tre always shares that the trees on both sides of her home are adorned with white fairy lights as illuminated garlands hang from the large front door. Again, there are more trees outside that are lined up and decorated at the entrance. When asking her girls what Christmas means to them, Tre’s daughter, Milania Giudice, once honestly replied, “It means presents!”

Shannon Beador

In Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9, Shannon Beador went all out for her Christmas party, because she wanted a “classic holiday party.” Shannon made sure to note that she was going all out as she hired a florist and caterer for the event. The home was decorated with fresh spruces, ribbon, and mini Santas. As for the budget, Shannon spared no cost, happily noting there would be no Scrooge at her party.

Kathy Hilton

The queen of Christmas spares so expense when it comes to her infamous holiday party in the 90210 area code. Kathy Hilton has been hosting her at-home get-together for years with guests like Paula Abdul and Heidi Klum. For Kathy, it is the hunky-doriest time of the year, and she normally starts decorating in October.

As fans watched, fresh apples and orange garlands always welcomed her guests. Each room in the Bel-Air mansion is decorated appropriately. From mini Santa figures to pink trees, there is always tinsel galore. For Kathy, Christmas is a time for family, as she always hosts her famed Christmas brunch, complete with cinnamon rolls.

Kyle Richards

Just like her older sister, Kyle Richards is also known to splash the cash when it comes to decorating her Encino, CA, home. Viewers have seen more than once Kyle’s mantle decorated with all the family stockings hung with care and fresh pine hanging around it.

Kyle aims more for the traditional look and always includes her favorite gingerbread train set. While her parties aren’t exactly on the level with Kathy’s, I definitely wouldn’t poo poo an invitation.
