RHOA Alum Eva Marcille on Doing Special Forces With Gia and Teresa Giudice

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test puts celebrities through the wringer. But, is it as tough as being on The Real Housewives of Atlanta? According to RHOA alum Eva Marcille, the two are pretty much on par! But still, she has no regrets about doing the show and was thankful for the chance to do so with fellow Housewife Teresa Giudice and her daughter Gia Giudice.

Eva, Teresa, and Gia are part of the exciting roster of Special Forces Season 4. They’ll face difficult challenges, questionable food, and so much more. But at least they have each other. And as far as Eva is concerned, she was grateful to have Teresa and Gia with her.

Eva Marcille enjoyed having Teresa and Gia Giudice around on Special Forces

The three, along with their fellow contestants, complete real tests that the United States Special Forces do to become part of the military. Eva admits that it was difficult, but no more difficult than being part of RHOA from 2018 to 2020.

“They (the shows) might be on par with each other,” she told US Weekly. “They’re both beastie! Special Forces is a completely different world.” To be fair, the Housewives franchise is too, in a way. It keeps everyone on their toes!

Eva did get a touch of Housewives nostalgia during her tenure on Special Forces. “I had the luxury of being with Teresa Giudice (of Real Housewives of New Jersey) and her beautiful daughter Gia,” Eva said. She said having them by her side was a blessing, and she loved getting to know Teresa under all the glitz and glam, sharing hair conditioner and “lip chap” with the OG of RHONJ.

“It’s a different kind of bonding, I’m so lucky I was able to get to know Teresa on that level,” Eva admitted.

That was something Eva enjoyed about Special Forces. It was all about camaraderie, “Where everyone has one goal, one course, one head, one heart, one focus, and mission.”

“Everybody picks up slack and pushes themselves,” Eva shared, which is unlike the dynamic that can exist as a Housewife. And when asked which reality show she’d want to be part of in the future, Eva replied, “I would do Special Forces again.”

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test premieres on Fox on Thursday, September 25 at 9/8c. And catch Real Housewives of Atlanta is streaming on Peacock and on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
