When Lisa Vanderpump opened the double doors at Villa Rosa during Season 3 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, many jaws dropped. Pink, her signature color, was obviously everywhere. But so was a moat with swans, an infinity pool with insane views, and even a miniature pony farm, because WHY NOT? However, many years have passed, and Lisa now has several new businesses in other locales. So, would she ever consider selling her legendary mansion?
Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa mansion is an iconic house for RHOBH fans
Lisa recently spoke with The Daily Dish. When asked if she would ever consider selling Villa Rosa, she coyly answered, “I can never say never.” Yet, she does have several tiny reasons to stay.
“I’ve put a lot of animals there, including my husband,” Lisa joked. Due to her ways of living, Lisa realizes that it is highly “unlikely that I’d be zoned for livestock [anywhere else] in Beverly Hills.” Plus, she truly enjoys her property. It feels “like a little farm,” she stressed.
Even though Lisa has owned houses all over the world, she still insists that Villa Rosa is her favorite place to hang her tea party hats. Her answer, therefore, resembles a no. Just not a hard no, because, again, this Bravolebrity understands that opportunities are always right around the corner. So, until a different day arrives, Villa Rosa will remain in her name.
I can still visualize Kyle Richards arguing with Lisa in the kitchen at Villa Rosa on RHOBH, right before getting kicked out by Ken Todd. And of course, all those dinner parties and tea parties were also dynamic at this iconic estate.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams the next day on Peacock.
