Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills marks Jennifer Tilly’s second season as part of the franchise. She is a friend of the housewives, along with Kathy Hilton. However, in my opinion, she needs an upgrade to diamond holder.
This season hasn’t been RHOBH’s best. Somehow, Jennifer still managed to stir up a bit of drama when she accused her bestie, Sutton Stracke, of being the reason for Garcelle Beauvais’ exit from the show. “But I do believe that’s one of the reasons why Garcelle left, because it’s always all about Sutton,” Jennifer stated in an episode this season.
Elizabeth Taylor gave Jennifer a run for her money
Recently, Jennifer visited Watch What Happens Live, and host Andy Cohen ran through her list of acquaintances. In a game called Have! You! Met Them!?, he threw out the name of a celebrity, and Jenna Dewan had to guess if Jennifer had met them. Then Jennifer quipped that she would “have a poker face on – you won’t be able to tell.”
So, Andy asked if Jennifer had met Elizabeth Taylor. Jenna responded, “No.” Wrong answer! “Yes, I did. I went to the launch of her book, and I bid on a necklace that she wanted to bid on,” Jennifer explained. “But she got upset because she was distracted by Elton John talking to her at the moment she wanted to bid on it.” It’s Jennifer’s world, and we are all just living in it.
“Wow. Did you wind up getting it?” Andy asked. “I wound up getting it, and someone came up to me, and they said, ‘Elizabeth is very upset. She’s going to call you tomorrow, and she wants that necklace,'” the RHOBH star stated. “And I thought, ‘Well, if I could meet Elizabeth Taylor, it’s worth giving up this necklace.'” Jennifer added, “But then I never heard from her.”
