Annemarie Wiley’s Husband Marcellus Claims Her Family Cursed Him With ‘Voodoo Spell’ Amid Divorce

Trigger Warning: This article includes mention of alleged domestic battery and alleged sexual assault.

Marcellus Wiley is answering his wife, Annemarie Wiley’s, claims against him. He is calling her allegations flat-out false and is adding some of his own assertions. The former NFL star took to social media and said he had no choice but to respond with his own evidence against the claims.

Marcellus Wiley claims his wife Annemarie “lost her mind” after being fired from RHOBH

Marcellus was taken into custody and booked on July 4 on a domestic battery charge. According to court records, he was held without bond. This arrest came after he spent several months already battling sexual assault allegations that surfaced in April. According to Marcellus, he also had evidence to dispute what he asserts are false claims.

Now, he is hitting back at Annemarie’s allegations of “escalating physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation.” He responded after Annemarie was granted a temporary restraining order and temporary sole custody. Marcellus claims that her allegations are false.

He took to X and wrote, “I love my children with everything I am. My highest priority has always been protecting them and preserving the relationship they have with both of their parents.”

Marcellus added that because of the public allegations, he needed to respond. “I owe it to my children to truthfully document what they and I have endured,” he explained.

Having said that, the former athlete claimed that he was actually the victim. He alleges that Annemarie cursed his family with a “voodoo spell” alongside committing “serious and damaging parenting failures.” Marcellus further alleged that when Annemarie was kicked off of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she “lost her mind.”

He ended his post by saying he never wanted his family struggles to become public. For now, he claims he will address the issues with his own evidence the legal way.

Past seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stream on Peacock and Hayu.
