RHOBH Alum Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers Evicted From Los Angeles Home: Details

Trigger Warning: This article contains a discussion of domestic violence allegations.

The nasty divorce between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards and her ex, Aaron Phypers, continues to make headlines. Now the former couple has been evicted from the Calabasas, California, home that they once shared. And fans have heard quite a bit about this house.

As you may recall, Denise was granted a permanent restraining order against Aaron in November 2025. She detailed in court several alleged instances of physical abuse. Aaron was arrested and charged with two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat and two felony counts of injuring a spouse.

US Weekly reported that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge approved a request by John Karan, Denise and Aaron’s former landlord, to evict them. John received possession of the six-bedroom home as the lease had been forfeited by Aaron and Denise due to nonpayment of rent. Plus, the landlord asked for $84,000 in back rent. However, the judge has not yet decided on damages in the case.

Denise vacated the home in late 2023 and rented several townhouses. Meanwhile, Aaron continued to live in the home, along with his brother and parents. According to Denise, Aaron allegedly wrecked the home after she moved out.

In addition, Aaron is requesting spousal support from Denise. His monthly expenses reportedly equal around $100,000. Plus, he owes approximately $850,000 in debt, including $180,000 to his landlord. However, and not surprisingly, Denise is not on board with Aaron’s request for monetary support. Meanwhile, Denise’s new attorney, Mark Gross, has requested that the judge who granted the restraining order against Aaron rule on the issue of spousal support.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the next day.
