Once again, more divorce chaos is playing out between Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards. Their messy split has frequently been in the headlines. And it doesn’t seem likely to end anytime soon. Now Aaron and his family are asking the public for financial help.
Recently, Denise and Aaron were evicted from their home in Calabasas, California. The former couple owed $84,000 in back rent to their landlord. In 2023, Denise moved out of the property, while Aaron, his parents, and brother stayed. And now Aaron’s mother is asking for help.
A GoFundMe has been created for Aaron

Denise received a permanent restraining order against Aaron after testifying about alleged physical abuse at the hands of her estranged husband. Meanwhile, Aaron requested spousal support from Denise. His reported debt is approximately $850,000. As expected, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is not in favor of paying Aaron any support.
Due to her son’s financial woes, Patricia Phypers created a GoFundMe for Aaron. She titled the fundraiser, “Please Help My Son Aaron.” Patricia added that she is a “mother and a grandmother begging the public for help.”
She continued, “My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him.” Next, Patricia mentioned the daughter that Denise adopted before her marriage to Aaron. “[Eloise] was our light. She adored her daddy,” Aaron’s mother claimed. “And overnight, she was taken from him … and from us … without truth, without justice, without mercy.”
In addition, Patricia stated that Aaron “carried the entire household.” She added that now he has, “No income. No home. No ability to fight back. And no access to the daughter who needs him.” Meanwhile, the GoFundMe had raised $1,308 as of January 2.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the next day.
