Ariana Madix Denies Tom Sandoval’s Claims About Their House

Despite recent reports to the contrary, the Valley Village home that Ariana Madix formerly shared with Tom Sandoval is “not on the market.”

While attending the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards on March 5, the Vanderpump Rules alum clarified that she has “not yet” put the home up for sale.

Ariana’s statement followed Tom’s appearance the night before on Watch What Happens Live. Her ex had discussed the home, which they battled over in court for two years.

“The house is going on the market,” Tom told Andy Cohen. “She got her clothes out.”

According to Us Weekly, Ariana set the record straight on the GLAAD Media Awards red carpet.

In January 2024, Ariana filed for a partition by sale of her former home. Though Tom wanted to remain in their home after their 2023 breakup, Ariana wanted it sold. She wanted a clean break, with no ties to her ex, following #Scandoval.

As for what’s in her future, Ariana’s acting and television career is thriving. She made a guest appearance as herself last year on ABC’s Will Trent. She also has more episodes of NBC sitcom St. Denis Medical on her calendar.

“Hopefully, another season of Love Island [USA], which would be very exciting,” she added. “A lot of things I can’t quite talk about yet, but that’s always nice, right?”

The VPR alum also had some words of advice to share with the new Vanderpump Rules cast. “Live it up. Have fun,” she said. Bravo announced the reboot’s renewal last month for a Season 13.

The Pump Rules Season 12 finale and reunion are airing soon, while production on Season 13 is set to begin in April.

Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo. It streams the next day on Peacock.
