She does not have a sugar daddy! Kim Zolciak’s new boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, is clapping back at his estranged wife’s accusations that he’s blowing a fortune on the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star.
In case you didn’t know, Kim has managed to find herself at the center of another divorce after Kyle’s wife, Jillian Green, accused him of financing Kim’s life like a second coming of Big Poppa. Jillian wants the court to block Kyle’s spending, but he says there’s more to the story.
Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend fires back at sugar daddy claims
In new court documents reviewed by TMZ, Kyle and his lawyers hit back at Jillian’s “repeated accusation” that his “spending is out of control and that he fails to pay the expenses for his family and children.”
This all started after Jillian filed court documents claiming that Kyle was spending like crazy and financing Kim’s rent, legal fees, and bills. She wanted an injunction to block him from making large purchases, but Kyle argued to the court that her allegations were “plainly false.”
Instead, he said that it’s Jillian who is spending irresponsibly, accusing her of racking up debt on her credit cards and recently spending upwards of $2,300 on a hotel room.
Either way, Jillian is hoping that the courts side with her in this mess. She believes that Kyle is hoarding a $100 million trust fund and is mindlessly spending money so that there’s less to split when it’s time to divide assets in their divorce. She even called Kim his “potential future wife” in her court docs.
A judge has yet to decide on the injunction, but in the meantime, Kim is plenty busy with a divorce of her own. She and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, have been fighting over custody of their children. Their on-again, off-again divorce has been going on since 2023.
