Lala and Janet visited Brittany. Then, Brittany revealed that Brandon only stayed for one and a half nights to help her during her recovery. “If something doesn’t change, then we’re not going to be able to do this,” Brittany told her friends. Duh!

According to Brittany, neither Nia nor Danny reached out since she underwent her mommy makeover. However, they left public comments on Brittany’s Instagram post. “So happy for you,” Nia commented.

This made Lala steamed. She added that Nia should have added Janet to Brittany’s meal train. “She added Lacy, but not one of your dearest friends,” Lala stated.

Of course, when Lala commented that everything was about appearances with Nia and Danny, Brittany shared her experience last season. During the infamous Santa Barbara trip, Brittany and Nia argued. “I’m going through so much. My husband’s in rehab,” Brittany exclaimed during the flashback. “And like my own friends … can’t even act like their husband’s drunk for one f*cking night!”

Meanwhile, Lacy and Jesse met Luke, Kristen, and baby Kaia at a farmer’s market. Naturally, the subject of Danny and his drinking came up. Jesse and Lacy were both over it. “I’m sick of everyone attacking Danny, who’s like the best communicator, the best parent,” Lacy said.

“But you haven’t seen Darkside Danny come out. And it is a character,” Jesse stated. “I’ve seen Darkside Brittany,” Lacy replied. “I’m still nice to Brittany.” However, when Jesse claimed that Brittany was “on board” with her ex, Jax Taylor, going after Danny, Kristen didn’t agree.

“It sounds like a Jax solo project to me,” she said. When Jesse brought up Santa Barbara, Kristen responded, “I think everything that happened in Santa Barbara was just Brittany being in her feelings about Jax and deflecting.”

Jasmine pops a question in The Valley

Zack and Jasmine went out for drinks because the bride-to-be was stressed from wedding planning. To afford her wedding to Melissa Marie, selling feet pics might be in Jasmine’s future. “This wedding is going to be way over six figures,” Jasmine said in her confessional.

Then, Jasmine made a sweet toast to Zack. “I love you so much. You know that you’re my best friend, and I need you by my side,” she said. Jasmine asked Zack to be part of her wedding to Melissa. “Am I the maid of honor?” Zack asked. Unfortunately, Jasmine wasn’t having one. However, Zack still accepted her proposal to be part of her special day.

In addition, Zack shared that his boyfriend, Benji Quach’s, H-1B visa required a $100,000 payment. “The entire plan we had just got sh*t on,” Zack told Jasmine. “This whole situation is just absolutely devastating because it does really start to make us question how we’re ever going to make this work long-term,” Zack said in his talking head.

Over at Schwartz’s apartment, Lala showed up to check out the patio for his 007-themed birthday party. Thankfully, Jax will be out of town during the party, so Brittany doesn’t need to wonder if Jax is listening through the shared wall.

Schwartz shared that he, Jesse, and Danny hung out at Jax’s old bar. “Wow, look at you guys,” Lala quipped. “Building bars and then making them go out of business.” Hilarious!

Brittany drops a bomb about Brandon

While Brittany was getting ready for Schwartz’s party, she told Janet and Lala about the most recent Brandon drama. The duo argued over whether they should still pursue the relationship. Then, Brandon’s ex-wife DM’d Brittany, claiming that his daughter said she “hung out at another girl’s house and that Brandon had already been FaceTiming with another girl.”

She added, “He asked me for money many times.” Brittany explained that she “gave him money a couple times” when he took time off from work to take care of her. Both Lala and Janet were stunned.

At Schwartz’s party, he was ready to celebrate. Unfortunately, his girlfriend, Kiana Carroll, was in New York. Even Jason, post-knee surgery, made it up the steps to the apartment. “Bro, I’m so happy you came,” Schwartz told Jason. His stay was brief, but obviously meant a lot to Schwartz. Plus, Benji crushed the theme, dressing as a Bond villain, with an eye-patch and fake cat.

According to Lacy, a James Bond-themed party should include bartenders, tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, and valet parking. “He did great,” she noted in her confessional. “He did his best.” Ouch!

Meanwhile, Michelle was sporting the diamond from her wedding ring in a stunning necklace. And Jesse clocked that Michelle was wearing her wedding ring. “She turned it into a f*cking necklace,” Jesse told Luke and Danny. The horror! In addition, Zack announced a trip to Mexico to celebrate his birthday, along with Jason, Danny, and Schwartz’s birthdays.

Finally, Brittany made it up the stairs to the apartment. Of course, she filled in the group about Brandon. “And his ex said he’s already been talking to someone,” she revealed, sharing that she broke up with him. Time for Zack to take his victory lap!

Group chat drama in The Valley

When Nia brought up the meal train for Brittany, Lala called her out. “I’m sorry I didn’t message you specifically or add you to it,” Nia told Janet, “but we aren’t friends.” Lala replied, “But she’s friends with Brittany.” After Danny walked away from the drama, both Schwartz and Jasmine sided with Lala. “At the end of the day, you guys are Christian people like you say you are, you need to f*cking add that person to the group chat,” Jasmine stated, shocking Danny.

Elsewhere, Nia apologized to Brittany for only reaching out through Instagram. “I am sorry that I’m not showing up how I want to,” Nia said. Hopefully, they can mend this rift.

Finally, Janet excused herself to exit the rooftop drama. Michelle followed her downstairs and urged her to stay. However, Janet felt that she was being treated rudely. When Luke said that people were still upset from last year’s events, Janet responded that she was also still “hurt.” Luke asked, “What did they do to you?”

Buckle up! “Posting about my marriage, posting about my husband, posting pictures of my face with a snake on it,” Janet stated. Schwartz mentioned that Danny said that Janet never apologized.

“I’m sorry that I hurt Nia. I’m not really sorry that I talked specifically about what he did,” Janet stated. Luke responded that Janet hadn’t “talked to Danny” and also “said awful things” about the actor.

“I said what he did,” Janet replied, and Luke shot back, “You didn’t see anything he did.” Janet responded, “Did you see what Charles Manson did to know that he’s a psychopath?” Yikes! For the record, Janet was clear she wasn’t calling Danny a psychopath. “It’s wild that you’re the most hurt in a situation you weren’t even at!” Luke exclaimed.

Jesse asks Michelle for some closure in The Valley

As guests started to depart, Jesse asked Michelle for a word. “So, I wanted to ask you a question, because we had this conversation at the coffee shop,” Jesse said. He mentioned how Michelle was crying about the end of their marriage. “Then I’m at Zack’s house, and I’m in earshot … from you saying with Lala that you were crying because you were relieved to be out of this toxic situation. So, which one is it?” Jesse asked.

“I’m happy that it’s over, but I’m also really sad,” Michelle explained. “Was going through a divorce while my mom was dying, toxic? Absolutely.” She added, “Are you questioning if I’m sad about the divorce?”

“I was questioning that you were vulnerable and authentic in the moment, cause you didn’t have time to think of a better answer ….” Jesse replied. “I don’t know why you think I’m performative,” Michelle remarked. “The truth is, it was a toxic relationship. It was not a good marriage. There’s a reason why we’re getting divorced.”

She continued, “We’re not getting divorced because we were madly in love with each other, and you treated me so greatly. I see the way you treat Lacy. You never treated me like that. Never.”

Michelle added, “I have to move on because my husband refused to treat me well.” She started to cry as she noted, “It is hard.”

The Valley airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. Episodes will stream on Peacock.
