Jesse Lally is trying to shift the spotlight to Brittany Cartwright in Season 3 of The Valley. This season, Danny Booko’s behavior towards his wife, Nia Sanchez Booko, hasn’t been a great look. He didn’t support Nia and her emotional needs. Plus, Danny also lashed out at co-star Lala Kent when she called him out.
Is Brittany Cartwright to blame for the heat Danny Booko is getting?
While Danny may be the villain of Season 3, a recent reveal about Jesse’s finances raised eyebrows. Apparently, Jesse took out a $300,000 loan during COVID, and expected his ex, Michelle Saniei, to pay half of it. And Michelle just wanted Jesse to divorce her, so she decided to pay half. Lordy!
In a sneak peek of The Valley, Season 3 Episode 10, Jesse, Danny, and Tom Schwartz met for drinks. While Danny blamed Brittany’s ex, Jax Taylor, for some of his woes, Jesse was ready to switch his focus. “Jax said, ‘I want to put a target on Danny’s back,’” Danny stated.
“But you know who else went along with it?” Jesse replied. “Brittany.” He added, “Brittany is skirting by. She gets away with everything.”
Then, Jesse explained in his confessional that Brittany “was part of the mean girl group with regards to Lacy [Nicole].” As you may recall, Lacy is Jesse’s girlfriend. And he would like Brittany to “stop bullying people” and “hiding behind somebody else.”
Jesse wanted to call out people in the friend group who were causing problems. “I say f*ck that,” he told Schwartz and Danny. According to the midseason trailer, it looks like Brittany will also be taking heat from her friends Kristen Doute and Zack Wickham. After spending a peaceful season getting a mommy makeover and taking care of her son, it looks like Brittany will be deep in the drama.
