Peace has reportedly come to The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The bitter feud between Teresa Giudice, her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa Gorga, tanked Season 14 of RHONJ. The ladies refused to film together, and the reunion was scuttled. Now, it seems that Teresa, Joe, and Melissa are trying to move forward. And Teresa’s ex-husband, Joe Giudice, is all for it.
With rumors swirling about the casting for Season 15 of RHONJ, the timing of this reunion seems a bit suspect. A source claimed that Teresa isn’t seeking a Bravo contract, just “serenity.” Still, the timing of this reconciliation is … convenient.
Joe Giudice can see why Teresa would want to reconcile with Joe and Melissa Gorga
While Melissa was skeptical at the beginning, she soon joined the peace movement. She stated that she is “team family always.” And sources claimed that Teresa, her brother, and Melissa recently sat down together. “They stayed there all day and talked things out, and they’re absolutely in a better place,” the insider said.
“I know they met Saturday night,” Joe Giudice told US Weekly, adding that he thought that Teresa’s husband, Luis Ruelas, also attended the reunion. While Joe, who currently resides in the Bahamas, doesn’t know any details, he would like the family to finally make peace.
“I mean, at the end of the day, it’s still her brother,” Joe said. “It’s her only brother. Besides that, the cousins don’t speak … which isn’t right.” Melissa and Joe have one daughter and two sons, while Joe and Teresa share four daughters.
Referencing the never-ending feud between Teresa and her brother, Teresa’s ex-hubby stated, “At the end of the day, you know what? I mean, get over it, because it’s like, what are you gonna do?” That is rich coming from “Juicy Joe,” who always held a grudge against Joe Gorga.
