Considering that the Super Bowl was in Atlanta, it makes sense that Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members would attend events all weekend. Cynthia Bailey even had a pretty cool story to share with reporters on the red carpet. Or so she thought…
Cynthia told everyone about how she met Tom Brady. Yes, that Tom Brady, as if he wasn’t busy preparing for a football game all weekend. Sure, he was in Atlanta, obviously, but there’s no way he’s just walking around the lobby at a random hotel.
Could you imagine scrolling through Tinder and landing on Larissa Dos Santos Lima’s profile? No, someone isn’t impersonating the 90 Day Fiance cast member. It actually does seem like it’s her real profile on the
hookup dating app.
Now that Larissa and Colt Johnson are done for the 925252nd time and 2525252nd argument-induced arrest, what is she looking for in her next love interest?
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Tokyo trip was full of passive aggression and some straight up aggression. NeNe Leakes held up the entire group with her lateness multiple times. She upset Tanya Sam, who actually seems like a normal, non-shady human being. Unfortunately, no one in the cast jumped to Tanya’s defense. Instead, they all kissed NeNe’s ass, as per usual, as if she signs their paychecks.
Eva Marcille read Marlo Hampton to filth while wearing $1,200 flip flops on the bus. Who knew she had it in her? Maybe she really does deserve to hold that peach! Porsha Williams announced her pregnancy to the cast members who were out of the loop. And of course, they all tried their best to pull off some Japanese-inspired fashions. Did they hit it out of the park? Or will their fashions spark outrage over cultural appropriation? This is 2019, after all.
A part of me feels bad about the demise of Margaret Josephs and Danielle Staub’s friendship. But, a significantly larger part of me is just grateful for the entertainment. This season of Real Housewives of New Jersey has truly delivered. We have Margaret vs. Danielle to thank for a lot of the season’s best moments.
Danielle had several bridezilla freakouts because she wanted the most expensive gifts and all of the attention on her (at all times). She forced middle age women to wear “bride squad” bathing suits for a photo shoot. She flipped out when the ladies showed up with freshly washed hair before the wedding. Danielle was downright searching for storylines, I mean problems, this season. Now, their tension has turned into a full-on feud. Margaret even threw a glass of red wine at Danielle during last night’s episode.
Even though Danielle Staub is not a full-time cast member on Real Housewives of New Jersey, her feud with Margaret Josephs has become a focal point of the season. Even their husbands got into a fight! Well, it was actually Margaret’s husband and Danielle’s soon-to-be-ex-husband.
Of course, the two of them aren’t just keeping their feud to themselves. Pretty much everyone in the cast is taking sides. Teresa Giudice has remained loyal to Danielle. Jackie Goldschneider is on Margaret’s side, of course. Melissa Gorga is semi-neutral, but mostly #TeamMargaret. Dolores Catania has been against Danielle’s (attempted) comeback from the start. And then there’s Jennifer Aydin, whose lipliner reminded Margaret of a “monkey’s asshole.” Obviously, she’s against Margaret at this point.
The Season 6 90 Day Fiance drama is just too much to keep up with. If it seems like these couples’ marital statuses change every day, it’s because they do.
Mere days after Ashley Martson married Jay Smith, she found out that he downloaded Tinder. Who downloads a dating app DAYS after tying the knot? Oh, yeah, that’s right: a 20-year-old who is unable to work in the country and has tons of free time on his hands. Understandably, Ashley could not truly trust Jay from that point out. She even filed for divorce. However, it seems like she changed her mind.
Jennifer Aydin came out swinging during last night’s Real Housewives of New Jersey episode. At first, it seemed nice that she brought souvenirs from Turkey for her costars. Then, she “joked” that Margaret Josephs’ gift was “in the mail.” It was a (failed) reference to Margaret referring to Jennifer’s brother’s fiance as a “mail-order bride.”
Then, Jennifer gave Jackie Goldschneider a Turkish knife to “stab her in the back”. Yes, this is about that article Jackie wrote about “spoiled children” after she left Jennifer’s home with its sixteen bathrooms.
Are Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz Lisa Vanderpump’s business partners or not? Based on the small snippets we get to see on Vanderpump Rules, it’s as if she can’t decide. One minute, she’s entrusting them to come up cocktails for the menu. The next, she asks her daughter Pandora Vanderpump to take on the task instead. On last night’s episode, Lisa had the Toms come up with some drink recipes for a Daily Mail event.
During that same episode, Lisa banned Tom and Tom from being present when Nick Alain, their restaurant designer, showed up with decor and furniture for the restaurant. Really? They can’t even help unload boxes for a restaurant named in their honor? Nevertheless, they showed up anyway much to Lisa’s (perceived) dismay. She claimed that she didn’t want to leave them in suspense if they saw everything before it was set up, but that just doesn’t make the most sense.
Yes, we get it, Lisa and Ken Todd have contributed a majority of the money to TomTom and they have greater ownership in the restaurant. And, of course, there’s no doubt that they’re experts in this industry. Nevertheless, the inconsistent inclusion of Tom and Tom at a restaurant called TomTom is pretty ironic. Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend Ariana Madix stood up for the Toms and called out Vanderpump Rules production in a series of tweets.
