I have been waiting on pins and needles to learn the darker side of Andrew Coleman!  I don't think we even hit the tip of the iceberg with the most recent episode, but I can't wait to hear what y'all think!

Last night's Flipping Out resumes with Andrew schreeching out of the parking lot.  Gage Edward enlists Nancy to help fill the gaps.  He's very excited to see Andrew hit the road.  Jeff Lewis is floored, and he's scrambling to figure how to take over the projects Andrew was handling.  He really thought Andrew was an asset to the office, so he's confused as to what has happened.  Zoila Chavez does her best impersonation of Andrew storming out which Gage finds hilarious.  Too soon for Jeff though.  Too soon.

Jeff questions Jenni Pulos as to whether he should have seen some signs.  What else did Andrew lie to him about?  Jeff seems be hurt that things ended the way they did, and Jenni tells him not to beat himself up over the situation.  He declares he's going to start doing back ground checks and checking references.  Too little too late for Andrew!  Jeff reveals that he followed up with Andrew's resume after he quit and it was a total embellishment.  Someone really wanted to be on Bravo.

Andrew Coleman's web of lies unraveled last night on Flipping Out, and I must say it was much more dramatic than I anticipated.  You know, I thought Andrew was funny the first couple episodes, but his attitude is horrendous.  I do think, however, that it was the best show of the season so far!

Andrew seems a little sullen after his tongue lashing from Jeff Lewis, but he is willing to do Jeff's grunt work.  Jeff insists he isn't trying to punish Andrew….he just want him to prove that he really wants to the job by being willing to do anything…even if it's cleaning the outside range.

Jenni Pulos and Jeff are going to meet with Lisa.  At Lisa's office the pair trade off wearing Kangoo boots and racing down the hall, crashing face first into walls.  They get scolded by en EXTRA! employee like two children.  It's hilarious.  Jeff has countertop samples for Lisa, but all she sees are rising dollar signs.  He had better keep this budget in check!

Last night's Flipping Out was all about AndrewJeff Lewis thinks that Andrew is really fitting into the office, both for his design taste and ridiculous personality.  As with everything else, they can manage to sexualize a towel rod.  While Gage Edward recognizes that working with such a cast of characters certainly makes the day more entertaining, he isn't quite sure it's how a business should be run.  After some tension and arguing in Chicago regarding Jenni Pulos' wedding plans, Jenni gives Jeff a heartfelt card in hopes of putting the negativity behind them.  Jeff appreciates the note, but he teases Jenni that he deserves more than a $50 gift card since he's walking her through life.  I want to remind Jeff that he already thinks Jenni is spending too much money on this wedding, so he should count his lucky stars!

Jeff's client Lisa can't get over how he treats Jenni.  Jenni, of course, just rolls with the punches.  Lisa is the senior executive producer of Extra, and she hired Jeff to do a few smaller projects around her new home.  In true Jeff fashion, he was able to convince her to do a total overhaul, and now she's concerned about the giant budget.  Like all of Jeff's clients, she does have fun with all the insanity.

Gage is diligently working on Gramercy.  He really isn't onboard with moving into Spring Hill.  Jeff, meanwhile, is hoping to get Spring Hill finished and permits acquired so they can move in quickly.  Jeff likes that he doesn't have to micro-manage Andrew on all of these projects, although Andrew's comments around contractors and clients are worrying Jenni in her newly minted HR position.

Last night's Flipping Out was my big fat Greek disaster when Jenni enlists Jeff to help her plan the events in Chicago.  He does a better job at counting her pennies than picking out place settings.

Jeff Lewis loves pitting Zoila Chavez against Lupe.  He enlists boyfriend Gage Edward to help him drive The Zoila crazy.  It is priceless.  Later Jeff and Jenni Pulos head out to work on a project, and he gets freaked out when she makes eye contact with a homeless guy outside of the car.  The duo meet with Jeanne Shaw, a repeat client whose home they are upgrading.  Jeff is freaking out that Jenni has yet to send out her Save the Dates, so he and Jeanne needle her about her jam packed wedding weekend.  Jeff loves working with Jeanne because he's often able to convince her to make more changes than she initially planned.  Money isn't really an object though as Jeanne is married to the lead singer of Styx.

Last night's was the season premiere of Flipping Out, and here's hoping it's as neurotic as ever!  We've even got some new characters to add in the mix, along with old favorites.

Jenni Pulos is back full-time with Jeff Lewis, and I love the banter between the two of them.  Jeff tells ZoilaChavez that she needs to plunge the upstairs toilet.  He blames the new design associate Vanina and her tampons for the clog.  Vanina looks mortified.  Zoila doesn't buy it…she knows it's Jeff's number twos that are the problem.  That Zoila has quite the mouth on her, and I love it.

Flipping Out Jeff Lewis

Oh, so sad it’s officially the last day of Flipping Out, but do not despair because Jeff and the gang will be back sooner than later with a new Bravo reality show called “Interior Therapy” and I need to get my audition tape made ASAP. Imagine – spending a week with Jeff, Jenni, and Zoila – that’s better than free reign of Lisa Vanderpump’s closet!

Jeff and Andy break down what’s been going on in the land of Lewis since the show stopped filming and apparently Jeff has only seen Sarah twice and Trace once since they were let go of JLD. Jeff confirms he is in his new redecorated home, his income has doubled since Gage convinced him to cut the dead weight, he is definitely planning kids sooner than later, and he is now representing Zoila as her manager – he’ll be getting 90% and she still only gets free room and board. Jeff was much softer during this interview and had so many humble (for him!) moments where he admitted how much the people in his life meant to him – like when he said he couldn’t live without Gage, Zoila, and Jenni. It was nice.

Oh, sadness – it’s the season finale of Flipping Out and I miss Jeff already! Good thing we still have one more day left with him since the reunion is next week, and he puts the smack down on Trace! The season finale ended on a high, HIGH note with Jeff and Gage purchasing their dream home (not house, home) and Jenni committing to her beloved Jeffrey for the next season. You know Bravo really upped her paycheck, because frankly without Jenni there is no Flipping Out!

The episode opened with a blast from season’s past – Jeff and Jenni bickering over nonsense, like opening the garage door and Jeff, who cannot take being challenged resorts to calling Jenni “stupid.” Nice, Lewis. Gage voices his concern about Jenni working for Jeff while pursuing other options, since Jeff is so dependent on her and there is no back up plan for if Jenni gets sick of the abuse and bails!

Last night’s episode of Flipping Out featured Jeff wrestling with some of the negative aspects of the design business, such as unsatisfied clients and unethical contractors. Jeff also revealed his million-dollar idea, but sadly it’s not going to make him millions- yet!

The episode begins with the remnants of Randy, and Jeff needs to hire a new contractor ASAP because Spring Oak is already delayed. When Jeff is at the job site to inspect the status, Randy arrives and he wants guess what? His check! Jeff asks him to invoice him, but is predicting that Randy – desperate for money – will exaggerate the invoice.

Back at the office, Jeff is in talks to develop his own paint line with a company that currently is not available in America. The paint is totally green – with little to no chemicals, but must be applied with a special brush. The colors are amazing. Jeff really wants this opportunity to pan out because he considers it the “big fish,” or a way for he and Gage to move forward to the next stage of their lives. They want to buy a house and start a family of people children (even though they already have Zoila and 65 pets). Jeff is over relying on clients to pay his bills with all the unpredictability and stress of his business and is hoping the paint line will be the $300M lottery. He doesn’t want to settle for any stinkin’ single digit millions – that’s for pansies – he only wants the almost billion dollar pay out!
