Vanderpump Rules reunion - Jax and Kristen

Viewers currently do not know the fate of Vanderpump Rules. This show could be clinging to very little when it comes to life support. Not only did Kristen Doute and Stassi Schroeder find themselves fired, several of the veteran ladies are now coincidentally pregnant at the exact same time. They have gone full pregnancy pact in WeHo.

Along with Kristen and Stassi, new cast members Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni were also axed due to some extremely insensitive social media content. After the exodus, fans called on Jax Taylor to be fired as well. We all know Jax is never at a loss for being distasteful, but it has yet to earn him walking papers. Now Kristen, author, catchy-phrase t-shirt designer, and expert on workplace inequality thinks Bravo needs to be held accountable for practicing double standards.

Dayna Kathan Slams Jax Taylor, Says He Is “Passive Aggressive” And “Blocked” Her On Social Media

Vanderpump Rules season nine may still be up in the air, but the OG cast members have been anything but quiet as of late. Lala Kent announced she and her sugar daddy Randall Emmett are pregnant and expecting a baby girl. Luckily, Lala already has a supply of baby bottles on hand. Former cast member Stassi Schroeder also announced her pregnancy, and recently had her first interview post firing from Pump Rules for racist behavior. And Katie Maloney has been continuing her ongoing battle to clean up her mean girl image.

In contrast, the newbies on the show have been pretty quiet. Last season, VPR had about fifty new people join the cast, several of which also got let go for racist behavior. Namely Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens. Dayna Kathan, who was part of a love triangle with Max and Brett, has remained mum since the firings. However, she recently came forward to talk smack about someone else on the cast, and it just so happens to be everyone’s favorite punching bag on the show.

Stassi Schroeder Addresses ‘Nazi Chic’ And Other Comments In First Interview Since Vanderpump Rules Firing

It’s been three months since the Vanderpump Rules reckoning. Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Brett Caprioni, and Max Boyens were all fired after Season 8 for racist behavior.  Since then, Stassi and Kristen have mended their friendship, but are handling things a bit different.

Kristen has been more outspoken about getting fired, revealing that she tried to reach out to Faith Stowersand is donating a portion of her Cameo profits to the ACLU. While Stassi deflected by announcing that she’s pregnant. Now, for the first time Stassi has spoken about everything that has happened in an interview with Tamron Hall.

Vanderpump-Rules-Stassi-Schroeder

Former Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder has remained mum on her firing from the show in the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement. Stassi and her co-star Kristen Doute were axed from the show in June, along with two newbie cast members, Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens. Max and Brett were shown the door when past racially insensitive tweets were discovered.

Kristen and Stassi called the police on their Pump Rules co-star Faith Stowers in 2018. The duo alleged that Faith had drugged men and stolen from them. Of course, there was no truth to their claims.

Andy Cohen Stassi Schroeder

By now, everyone has heard about Vanderpump Rules firing four cast members for racist behaviors. Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens had only been on the show for one season, where they subjected us all to a love triangle that no one cared about. However, Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute were original cast members. We all know Stassi was favored by the editors. Who will they show making comments on everyone else’s storylines when/if the show returns?

The show normally films in the summers, but, because of the coronavirus, they are not filming. But, will they ever film again? There are plenty of vocal people who don’t want the show to come back. Others just want specific people to get fired along with the rest of them. And, then there’s just the cold, hard truth that the show just is not as good as it used to be. Everyone is wifed up and the storylines just fall flat. Not to mention that there are just way too many cast members to keep track of.

Candiace Dillard Bassett Chris Bassett Real Housewives Of Potomac

Recently, the Bravo network has come down on its talent for offensive social media posts. Vanderpump Rules fired Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens for their racist tweets that resurfaced from years prior. Below Deck Mediterranean cast member Pete Hunziker got fired from the show, and subsequently edited out of the show after sharing a racist “joke” and then his follow-up tweets didn’t help the situation.

So, what’s going to happen to Real Housewives of Potomac cast member Candiace Dillard? Her homophobic and transphobic tweets recently came to light. In response, she issued an apology talking about how much she’s changed, promising that she is an LGBTQIA+ ally, despite her past sentiments. As of this moment, Bravo, a network that has touted itself as being supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community, has been silent on this. Could that be because Candiace brings so much drama to Real Housewives of Potomac? She, just like the others, issued apologies for her horrendous comments. However, she has faced absolutely zero consequences.

Vanderpump-Rules-Katie-Maloney

Katie Maloney has been relatively quiet since the Vanderpump Rules universe exploded. That explosion was caused by the firing of Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute for racial profiling Faith Stowers and Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens’ racist social media posts. Since then, Katie has shared that she wants more diversity on Pump Rules and that she’d be open to doing a Tom Tom spinoff.

A spinoff isn’t a bad idea. It would predominately feature Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz– two of the best things about Pump Rules. Plus, we’d get drama from Katie and Ariana Madix’s up and down friendship. However, would that drama ever live up to the kind of drama inherent in the Witches of WeHo relationship complex? We’d have to see it to know for sure.

Vanderpump-Rules-Lisa-Vanderpump

Life hasn’t been all diamonds and roses lately for Vanderpump Rules star Lisa Vanderpump. Lisa announced that her beloved restaurant, Villa Blanca, is permanently closed. Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd, are being sued in a class action lawsuit brought by a SUR employee. The employee, Olivia Beverly Hanson, is alleging that the couple violated California labor laws.

In June, Pump Rules cast members Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute were axed from the show for racist behavior. In 2018, the duo called the police on former co-star Faith Stowers and accused her of drugging and robbing men. Newbie cast members Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens also received pink slips once racially insensitive tweets from the past reappeared. Wow…just wow.
