As Vanderpump Rules fans know, Tom Sandoval is many things. He’s an enigma, wrapped in a riddle and cash… Oh sorry, wrong enigma. But seriously, Tom 1 is an interesting guy. Tom cares about his looks. Long-time viewers remember his penchant for shaving his forehead, as seen in the first season of Pump Rules. The man also knows how to commit to a costume party.
Living in Los Angeles can certainly drive one to excess. Drinking, partying, and staying up late can age a person prematurely. Several members of the show have admitted to enhancing their features. I’m looking at you, Brittany Cartwright. I mean, isn’t Jax Taylor on his fifth nose? I’m not judging! While Lala Kent and Scheana Marie have helped several doctors pay off their medical school debt with Botox injections, we don’t hear a lot from the men in that area. Until now, that is.
We certainly love our Bravo. And the fandom following each and every show is passionate and loyal.
Well, the opportunity of the life time is coming. Move over, Comicon. BravoCon is about to sweep the nation. And our fans are even more intense!
There are approximately 935,226,262 cast members on Vanderpump Rules. It’s just impossible for them all to get an equal amount of screen time. Each episode only has around forty-two minutes of footage. There can only be so many storylines. Short story long, this is an ensemble cast.
Within that ensemble cast there are main cast members and supporting cast members. Billie Lee is one of those supporting cast members. We never see scenes of her alone. She’s pretty much only on screen if she’s arguing with someone else or if she’s defending James Kennedy. She is not happy with
her lack of screentime the lack of representation at the reunion. And she’s speaking out.
Whether you’re Team Lisa Vanderpump or Team Everyone else, (pretty much) everyone can agree that she is an avid LGBTQ advocate. That’s why it was so surprising when she made a seemingly transphobic “joke” about Erika Jayne during the last episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Lisa was talking about the lie detector test she took during the episode. Aside from the questions about the dog scandal, John Sessa included a question that shaded Dorit Kemsley’s constantly changing face and accent. Lisa had no problem answering every question except for one that she didn’t want mentioned. Lisa randomly”joked,” “Just don’t ask me if Erika’s tucking or something like that because there are some things I can’t lie about.” Did anyone even ask her something about that? How long was she sitting on that line? This was very out of character for Lisa. It didn’t even fit into the context of the situation. At all. Why would the very vocal LGBTQ supporter make this remark?
The Season 7 reunion of Vanderpump Rules ended with a bang. The majority of the cast seemed united on one thing, slamming James Kennedy. Because
they are all hypocrites James made some unflattering comments towards Katie Maloney, he was fired from SUR. We even saw James begging for his job back from Lisa Vanderpump. Does James drink? Yes. Does James maybe participate in other substances that could alter his personality? Perhaps. But he was condemned for something other cast members engage in as well.
James is damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t. His apologies fall on deaf ears and are often not accepted. Viewers saw him make attempts at therapy, helping his family, and trying to be better. Like a child or untrained puppy, when he received little to no positive reinforcement regarding his efforts, he lapsed into a “give no f*cks” attitude. In a moment of clarity, one Pump Rules persona did offer James and tortured girlfriend Raquel Leviss an apology. Oddly enough, the world did not implode when this phenomenon occurred.
Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor had a fairly quiet season this go around. Usually the show ends up focusing on what antics Jax does, such as partying, cheating, and stealing sunglasses. Oh, and being the number one guy in the group. But since his father’s passing, Jax has waxed poetic that he is a changed man.
His proof was proposing to Brittany Cartwright. No cheating, shoplifting or going to jail this time! His main drama instead was raging at everyone’s favorite punching bag, James Kennedy. To be fair, he actually had a legitimate reason to be upset, unlike the rest of the group. James had rapped about Jax cheating with Faith Stowers right in front of Brittany at SUR. But, Jax being Jax, something shady had to go down this year.
Love him or hate him, Vanderpump Rules James Kennedy has every right being on the show that made him famous. At least according to him.
He’s hanging on to Pump Rules relevancy by a thread but, much like an unwanted guest, he’s not about to leave of his own accord.
Bravo’s most popular executive, Andy Cohen, recently had a baby boy this year. The initial news was a surprise to everyone. Especially to the OG housewives, Kyle Richards, NeNe Leakes, Teresa Giudice, Ramona Singer, and Vicki Gunvalson who were in attendance when Andy dropped the bombshell he was having a baby in just six weeks on Watch What Happens Live.
Kyle immediately threw an epic baby shower with almost all of the Real Housewives in attendance. Shortly after, little Benjamin Allen Cohen was born. Since then, Andy has been out and about with the baby, even flying with him on planes. It seems to me he would eventually need a babysitter. Someone from the cast of Vanderpump Rules seems like a good idea, no?
