While the Real Housewives of Atlanta continue to film their fourth season, Nene Leakes and Kandi Burruss hit up Atlanta’s V103 radio station and dished on what is to come!
For starters, Kandi revealed she is done making music with Kim Zolciak. “I only did those two songs. We’re not doing anymore,” said Kandi of working on Kim’s “music career.” Kandi also added that Kim has still yet to pay her a producer’s fee for the first song they did together aka Tardy For The Party. Kandi however claims she is oh so over it. Here’s to hoping that issue will NOT be revisited again on season 4.
Moving on to the Nene who didn’t talk about Kim, but revealed her divorce to husband Gregg Leakes will play out on the show. She also promised viewers will get to see what caused their separation on the upcoming season. Season 4 is expected to premiere this fall.
Meanwhile, it now appears new housewife Marlo Hampton and Nene have become BFFs after Bravo reportedly cast Marlo to stir up some drama with the Nene. See Marlo is engaged to NFL player Charles Grant, who is rumored to have had a fling with the Nene a year ago.
In fact the two ladies have been tweeting to each other quite regularly as well as hanging out. “Having sooooooooo much wit my girls @iheartmarlo @CynthiaBailey10,” tweeeted Nene last Wednesday along with a picture of the trio which is posted below. The ladies hung out again the next day to which Marlo tweeted, “@NeNeLeakes had so much fun girl.”
It seems they have resolved whatever issues they had as Nene made this interesting tweet on Thursday. “Thanks @iheartmarlo 4 being woman enough 2 talk 2 me, Instead of believing that thirsty wanna b.” Wonder who the Nene is referring to? So much drama!
And finally, the Rumor Fix caught up with Nene during her recent trip to LA and when they asked her about her Celebrity Apprentice rival Star Jones, she had some choice words. “F*ck Star Jones! She ain’t got no job. Her only job is being ugly,” said the Nene. Cla-ssy.

I’d wish that Kandi would stop addressing the “Tardy For The Party” bull prefaced with “I’m sooo over it…”. If you’re over it–or if it didn’t matter, why discuss it? Kandi needs the money and exposure from this show just as bad as Kim. She hasn’t had a hit song in a while, and her solo career is a flop. Regardless of whether she was helping a friend or not a true professional in the biz would’ve STILL drawn up something. Kandi didn’t think the song would do well because Kim can’t sing simply put. I’m sure if it had been a flop she would’ve said “I was just doing that for the show….see my gold records..”. The sales shocked everyone involved, Kim did the work–as hideous as that may sound, and honestly she doesn’t owe Kandi anything. Kim may have a moral responsibility to pay but nothing else. So, Kandi if you WERE a friend, go down in the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame books as being a friend who wrote a hit for free and leave it alone. She’s always claiming that she’s making loads of cash from her songs and her boutique (it that’s even true); the song was a crap shoot.
kandi said she’s over not being paid for “tardy to the party,” so of course, she’s mentioned it again….. um… let go, kandi… for real now…

as for nene, the bf, and the new HW…….. if nene showed jealousy that some other woman now has the man she allegedly had an affair with, wouldnt that get her more into trouble, IF nene had cheated with him when she was still in a marital relationship with gregg?

1st, as a music-business woman, u knew u had to have a contract IF u expected to get paid.
2nd, imo, kim doing both ur songs gave u a lot of good publicity, especially since the first one became well-known.
3rd, if u gave her another good song, u know kim will promote it as much as she can, with ur good name attached to it as songwriter & producer. but if u decide to do business with her or anybody else again, get a contract.

Won’t be watching Atlanta this season and I’ve stopped watching NJ. Tired of these shows being about enemies who talk about each other and won’t be filmed together. Atlanta is the trashiest of them all with NJ coming in a close second. Bravo are you listening??????
