What happens in Jersey certainly doesn't stay in Jersey, especially when it involves anyone from the Real Housewives of New Jersey!  The big news of late with these people is a recent brawl at a Posche event.  Has Kim D. considered getting corporate sponsors for these fights?  She may as well get some extra money for this insanity, right?

After the bloody incident where Johnny Karagiorgis was slapped in the back of the head by a shoeless Jacqueline Laurita while being jumped by her husband Chris, nephew Albie Manzo, and Poison Gorga, Johnny has now pressed charges…although Albie someone escaped being named.  The fight allegedly started after the RHONJ crowd heard that Johnny was making fun of the Laurita's autistic son Nicholas, an accusation that Johnny denies.

Last week, a new Jersey judge determined there was enough evidence for the assault and terroristic threat charges against Poison and the Lauritas for the case to move forward.  Now, the same judge, Judge Pfund will be deciding whether the same things goes for the counterclaims the Lauritas and Poison filed against Johnny.

According to NorthJersey.com, at 9 a.m. this morning, Judge Pfund will preside over Johnny's probable cause hearing in Ridgewood, New Jersey's municipal court.  He will rule on whether the RHONJ crew's counterclaims have any merit or if Johnny was in fact ambushed as he claims.

While violence is never the answer, there are rumors that the entire fiasco was filmed for the upcoming season of RHONJ.  The next hearing for Johnny's case against Joe, Chris, and Jacqueline is set for April 18th.

When will these folks learn?  Never, I know.

TELL US-DO YOU THINK THAT THE COUNTERCLAIMS AGAINST JOHNNY SHOULD MOVE FORWARD AS WELL?
