If you recall, back in April of 2013 Jacqueline and Chrisfaced foreclosure on their home but worked things out with a mortgage modification and saved their home – for another two years at least. Now NJ.com reports that the Lauritas are in foreclosure again – and not just on this home, but on another one, as well.
Nothing like a little snow day delirium to get the instagram videos flowin’! Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita have been putting all the bad New Jersey weather to good use with a little blizzard fun!
Together with their husbands Joe Gorga and Chris Laurita, the Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars busted into the wine cellar and had an old fashioned dance party and tons of rotten egg smelling wine and karaoke!
“Snowed in!!! We are delirious!!” Melissa wrote. Clearly. She got her best J. Faux on and while Jacqueline and Chris Laurita mimicked a raunchy high school dance while the chaperones were distracted by someone sneaking in Boone’s Farms!
Then Melissa and Poison belted out a little Michael Bolton! I warn you – it’s worse than Melissa’s usual singing. In fact there was lots of karaoke! “I’m totally sober by the way,” Jacqueline insisted. OK, yeah, you can judge for yourself.
You can watch their silly fun in the snow videos below!
Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their daily lives with us. And we love them for it! Here’s a roundup of some of our favorite photos from this week. Enjoy!
2014 was a year for law breaking, court cases, tax issues, and bankruptcies from our favorite reality TV stars.
Below, we’ll update you on who owes what, whose divorce is a mess, who is suing, who is being sued, and who’s going to prison! In addition to adding several new cases to the rosters of law-dabbling reality stars, some stars continued to battle existing cases – such as Jacqueline Laurita‘s and Sonja Morgan‘s bankruptcies.
Meanwhile other stars finally resolved long-standing issues. Undoubtedly the biggest legal drama of the year was Teresa Giudice finally facing a judge and being sentenced to 15 months in prison after pleading guilty to 4 counts of fraud, which all began way back in 2009 when the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star filed for bankruptcy for an incredible $13 million dollars of debt!
I personally have been digging into this story, since we’ve been hearing so many conflicting reports, and the Signature Apparel Bankruptcy fraud case involving Jacqueline, Chris Laurita, and his brother, Joseph is raging on – no matter how much Jacqueline wants to pretend it’s over and done with!
The Lauritas, the former owners of Signature Apparel, LLC, are accused of misappropriating company funds, to the tune of $8 million, for personal use – including vacations, cars, private jets, homes, and shopping – but then filed bankruptcy in 2009 to avoid paying back debts. At that time Signature Apparel was also boasting millions in revenue. Creditors protested the bankruptcy to the trustee, who after investigation, then filed a claim against the Lauritas, resulting in years of court back and forth for the Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars.
Jacqueline Laurita wasn’t able to attend the season six Real Housewives of New Jerseyreunion, so she took to Twitter to share her thoughts on the topics as it aired. Ugh. Raise your hand if you’re shocked. “Not on the reunion but I’ll probably tweet during it,” she tweeted before the show. Probably? HAHAHA!
During the show, Jacqueline tweeted to Andy Cohen, “I asked my husband to reach out to Dina when she went through the divorce. So did I and I encouraged them to meet. She wouldn’t.”
Dina replied, “That’s not true. Just because you say it doesn’t mean it’s true. I wanted to meet with my brother more than anything.” In response, Jacqueline tweeted to Andy, “Chris Laurita favorited my tweet. He knows the truth.” and “I still have our text messages that I can show you.” Does anyone delete texts?
