Kim Kardashian of the future is coming to us. No, this isn’t a sci-fi Star Trek version of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, although Kim’s outfits often resemble it. In order to help herself grow and learn, Kim has publicly (of course) written a letter to her future self about what she hopes to have accomplished and learned.
Using her special marbleized computer (no doubt created from marble salvaged from abandoned guests’ seats at her wedding), in a letter written for Glamour, Kim addresses her 2025, 44-year-old self. Dear Kim, are you there, it’s me Kim. OMG – you’re like OLD now.
Predictably, Kim’s first thought is about her body and appearance. Seriously. It’s the second sentence after Dear Kim… “When it comes to how you feel about your body, remember to be kind to yourself and enjoy how you look now, because you’re not getting any younger,” Kim instructs future Kim, presumably only more vain and more shallow.
Women earn only 78 cents on the dollar compared to men, but Caitlyn Jenner is bucking that trend (along with many others). She will reportedly be paid a whopping $6.4 million dollars for her new “docuseries” (reality show) I Am Cait, which covers Caitlyn’s steps in transitioning from a man to a woman and will air on the E! network in late July.
“It’s the biggest paycheck ever given by E! for a solo reality show, and Caitlyn’s agent was relentless in getting her the huge payday,” an insider tells Radar Online. Sources claim that Caitlyn’s agent indeed played hardball, even shopping around other networks when E! didn’t initially cough up the money. “At one point, talks … had broken down because nobody wanted to pay her more than $2 million. Caitlyn’s agent then began informal talks with other networks, and E! quickly came back to the table, ready to pay $6 million,” says the source.
Kim Kardashian rented out the Staples Center, the home of the Los Angeles Lakers, for Kanye West‘s 38th birthday. The surprise cost her $110,000.
An insider told E! News, “Kim rented out the Staples Center so Kanye and his boys could play an NBA-style game with real refs and Laker girls. John Sally is the announcer. Houston Rockets player James Harden and rapper 2 Chainz are the coaches. John Legend sang the national anthem.” And the cherry on top of the star-studded sundae, Kim invited Justin Bieber, too. #NowItsAParty
First Bruce Jenner got sued, now Caitlyn Jenner is being sued as well. The reality star has been hit with another lawsuit related to the fatal car accident she was involved in on the Pacific Coast Highway back in February.
Here’s a little Friday funny for ya! Tim Gunn hung out and chatted with Us weekly about Kim Kardashian’s selfie-obsessed book “Selfish.” Needless to say, Tim is not a big fan of the reality star’s vapid selfie fixation.
In the video below Tim shares that he’s quickly losing IQ points with every tacky turn of the page. Take a look – it’ll be the best two minutes of your Friday afternoon, I promise.
This week Bruce Jenner officially announced her new identity as Caitlyn Jenner with an gorgeous Vanity Fair cover. This moving and amazing milestone opens up a lot of questions because of Caitlyn’s amazing life of accomplishments as Bruce! Most notably the Gold Medal Caitlyn, then Bruce, won for the decathlon in the infamous 1976 Olympics.
While some bigoted groups are campaigning to have Caitlyn stripped of her medal, the US Olympic Committee and Hall Of Fame is thankfully taking the opposite response! Caitlyn was inducted back in 1986, but her former name “Bruce” is attached to the honor.
I never thought I’d see the day when Kim Kardashian was overshadowed in the media by anyone else, but Caitlyn Jenner has managed just that. Kim’s second pregnancy news was left in the dust after Vanity Fair dropped the cover photo for their July issue, which featured Caitlyn’s debut and every single media outlet hasn’t stopped talking about her since! And now I am anxious to see if Caitlyn will oust Kim in reality show ratings, too.
Caitlyn Jenner’s new docuseries (the new and improved word for reality show), “I Am Cait,” is debuting at the end of July on E! and we have our first peek at it now.
