It’s a big, big world but wherever Jenelle Evans goes, mayhem follows! In the latest, Jenelle, David Eason, and their brood – including Jace – hit the beach for a family vacation to St. Thomas, but before they landed on home soil, Jenelle was accused of attacking a fan at the airport.
Jenelle claims a “starstruck” fan refused to stop taking photos of them, even though Jenelle told the woman she was scaring Jace and David’s daughter Maryssa. MTV cameras were also filming the family vacation, and apparently captured the airport drama. Jenelle says after the woman refused to leave her alone, she insisted the Teen Mom 2 crew remove the over-zealous viewer from her vicinity. And that’s where the drama ended.
Jenelle Evans was back in court with her mom Barbara Evans to sort out custody of her oldest son Jace, 7. According to sources, the Teen Mom 2 star was unsuccessful in her latest attempt to get full custody, but they were able to work out a co-parenting like arrangement.
Jenelle Evans is pretending to be a grown up adult again – or at least she’s trying to play that role on TV! Despite juggling custody battles, baby daddies, babies galore, the Teen Mom 2 star brags that life is perfect – like for real. And she definitely has her act together this time too! [collective eye roll!]
With three kids (and three different daddies), Jenelle has decided the baby factory is definitely closed. Jenelle and fiancé of the month David Eason thought about a fourth kid, but then they remembered that parenthood is like so challenging! “David and I talked about it one day recently and how complicated things can get with Kaiser and Ensley together. They remind us why we are done.”
“But I love it,” Jenelle adds, “and wouldn’t trade my role as ‘mom.'” Not again, anyway.
You guys, Jenelle Evans just wants to tell you the real story. From her perspective. Which is 100% percent accurate and totally truthful. Which is why she has written a book entitled Read Between The Lines. Basically the theme is how nothing is ever Jenelle’s fault.
So last week on Teen Mom 2, we were left with the ever frustrating “To Be Continued…..” as Kailyn Lowry proclaimed to soon-to-be ex-husband Javi Marroquin that “sometimes you need to hurt people to make yourself happy.” That seems to sum up Kail pretty nicely but hey, at least girlfriend is staying true to herself. Naturally, Javi can’t leave on that note and after storming out, he storms right back in – without knocking!!!! Take that, Kail!
When Javi does come back in, he doesn’t get the warmest welcome and Kail immediately tells him to get out. Javi plops down on the couch and says he doesn’t want to fight anymore. Kail insists that she doesn’t want to make their divorce about them, it’s about Lincoln. No, sweetie, your divorce is about your marriage, not your child but nice try to get out of dealing with whatever problems you guys did have that led up to this point. After brow beating Javi some more, he is finally worn down to the point of getting teary and realizes he won’t get through to Kail at all. He asks if they can leave today on good terms and co-parent together. “That’s up to you” Kail snaps back. On to the reunion!
If last week’s episode of Teen Mom 2 left you with a bad taste in your mouth when it comes to ongoing divorce and custody battles, tonight’s episode won’t do much better. Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin’s issues are only escalating and now Kail is dragging Jo into the mix. Jenelle Evans can’t let go of her recent mediation with mom Barb for custody of Jace and takes it out on her every chance she gets. But it’s not all drama tonight – Leah Messer considers beauty school while Chelsea Houska gets a stunt baby to prepare Cole DeBoer for what’s to come.
Since the last few episodes have been revolving around Kail and her drama, let’s just start there. For all you Kail fans out there (all three of you), you won’t like what I have to say but hey, I’m just working with the material I’m given here. Kail spins a harrowing tale of the night before, where Javi showed up, poof, out of the blue, enraged and “like a psycho”. He broke in to (his own house) by coming in the basement door, pulled out drawers and overall, wrecked havoc on poor Kail who was probably doing something incredibly humble and pure, like knitting a blanket for the poor or reading her bible. A terrified Kail had to call both the police and Jo for help.
This week’s episode of Teen Mom 2 continues to center around the drama that Kailyn Lowry and Jenelle Evans always bring to the table. Kail is giving us a severe case of whiplash when it comes to her moods on soon-to-be ex, Javi Marroquin, and Jenelle is steady as ever in her plot to take back full custody of Kaiser as soon as Nathan Griffin slips up (and he doesn’t keep us waiting long). Chelsea Houska continues to prepare for the arrival of her baby with fiancé Cole DeBoer while Leah Messer shuttles the girls back and forth between dads and mumbles her way through life.
We open with Jenelle calling Barbara Evans because she is supposed to get Jace for the weekend but a last minute work (work?!) trip has come up in New York and she wants permission to take Jace along. Barb is not feeling it because that would mean Jace would have to miss most of the day of school in order to attend. Jenelle goes from a polite ask to level 8 on the petulant teenager scale of rudeness as she explains to Barbara how work is a guy from the UK who wants her to promote some product and she can’t just tell someone from another country to work around Jace’s school schedule.
This week’s episode of Teen Mom 2 revolves around the self-created drama of both Kailyn Lowry and Jenelle Evans but what else is new? There are a lot of similarities between their two very different lives: both are selfish and over dramatic. But the similarities end when it comes to how they deal with things – Jenelle won’t shut up about whatever she thinks is going on and Kail refuses to talk about it unless it benefits her.
This week, Kail is so wrapped up in going back to school, we’re only subjected to the drama she has left behind for Jo Rivera and Vee Torres, while Jenelle is busy with delusions of everyone vying for her affections. Leah Messer and Chelsea Houska get lost in the mix of these story lines, as usual. Yes, I know, reality TV is all about drama and things happening and it would be a pretty boring show if it weren’t for this, but nevertheless, it does get tiring to watch two people who are so emotionally stunted.
