Real Housewives of Orange County Elizabeth Lyn Vargas

Elizabeth Lyn Vargas Says She Lost Her Job, Husband, And Her Dog; Shares She’s “Going Through A Big Transition”

Dare I say we might be in for a treat with the newly restructured Real Housewives of Orange County? We could be since Evolution and Bravo finally gave in to fans and exiled Kelly Dodd and Braunwyn Windham-Burke. About. Time. Neither of them have taken the news well. In fact, they’re taking it out on each other, which isn’t surprising or out of character for both of them.

With those two out, that leaves Emily Simpson (unfortunately, for some of us), Gina Kirschenheiterand Shannon Beador. Fortunately, however, Heather “fancy pants” Dubrow is BACK!! If you listen close enough you can hear the sound of plates smashing to the floor at the Quiet Woman, followed by Shannon’s screams. Oh, and I forgot to mention – Elizabeth Lyn Vargas got the axe as well. My brain must have blocked the news because I don’t remember her. It’s not that she was a bad person, it’s just that she wasn’t right for the show. Evidence of this can be seen in how she’s handled the news of her departure in contrast with Kelly and Braunwyn.

Elizabeth appears to be taking it all in stride. Fan account, Lou’s Reality Land, posted to Twitter a video that Elizabeth put up on Instagram, which details the downward trajectory of her luck. In the video, Elizabeth says, “so, I may as well just address the elephant in the room that everyone’s asking, where is Mika?” Mika is one of her dogs btw.

It turns out, Mika is no longer living with Elizabeth. Instead, she, “is with my ex-boyfriend, Jimmy [Juarez],” who “has adopted her,” and is “taking amazing care of her.” Elizabeth stressed in the video that Mika “loves him dearly, so, she has a good home.” It’s also important to underscore here that Elizabeth sounds pretty upbeat and good natured – considering the fact she had to give up custody of her dog to her ex-boyfriend. Ouch.

Elizabeth stated the obvious with followers, saying, “so, I guess I’m going through a big transition – I lost my job, lost my boyfriend, lost my dog –  it sounds like a bad country song!” It really does, but her delivery is super laid back, and it seems genuine too.

Elizabeth ends the video saying, “anyway, so yes, ladies and gentleman – [Mika] is with Jimmy and it’s sad. But I’m happy that he can find some happiness. And maybe so can I soon in the future. So, if you know any hot single men, let me know!”

Most of the RHOC women would be throwing a pity party, so good on Elizabeth. Also, remember, she has that billionaire divorce money. She’ll definitely fare better off the show than the dos amigas who have not (yet?) been asked to come back.

TELL US- WHO DO YOU WANT TO SEE BACK ON RHOC? WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE THE DOS AMIGAS? OR DO YOU WANT TO SEE NEW FACES? HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT KELLY, BRAUNWYN, AND ELIZABETH GETTING THE BOOT?
