Right after the unnecessary 4-part Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, Dorit Kemsley’s house was burglarized. Her husband, PK Kemsley was out of town, but Dorit and her two young children were home. The burglars apparently held her at gunpoint and threatened her life. Thankfully, however, Dorit and the kids were left unscathed, while the burglars took off with a bunch of purses and jewelry.
Still, the situation is insanely scary and Dorit is experiencing shock from the event. Fellow cast members Erika Girardi, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave have been at her side since the incident. Now, police have released footage of the burglary and they’re asking people for help identifying the men in the video.
According to ABC News Los Angeles, “authorities on Monday sought the public’s assistance to identify three suspects in a home-invasion robbery in Encino that targeted Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Dorit Kemsley.” Police, also said, “two suspects broke a sliding glass door and entered the large home near the Encino Reservoir.”
The LAPD is urging “anyone with information on the suspects” to “call the LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division at 213-486-6840.” Additionally, “anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.”
In this ABC 7 Eyewitness News report, you can see video of the three men trying to break into Dorit’s home. “The new footage shows two masked men in hoodies approach a glass door of the home and begin to talk to each other before one of them shatters the door.”The video also “shows one of the men hauling away the stolen items in a sheet that was tied up and handing it off to another suspect outside the home.” Then, “later in the video, three suspects are seen leaving the home and fleeing the scene in a black truck.”
