What’s the best way to prepare for a Real Housewives reunion? Show up a bit hazy? Cram the night before? Deny, deny, deny? Or come with cheat sheets like Monique Samuels?
For the Real Housewives of New Jersey gang, half the ladies know that Margaret Josephs will pull their weight. Dolores Catania and Teresa Giudice can certainly hold their own. And Jennifer Aydin surprised us all by appearing with poster boards. Her arguments didn’t always make sense, but she was diligent with them.
Melissa Gorga, for one, was unimpressed with Jennifer’s performance. The two ladies have had a rough season, and nothing was resolved at the reunion. So the two are still taking cheap shots at each other.
Melissa was a guest on the Mention it All podcast recently, where she revealed her level of preparedness for the Season 12 reunion. Melissa also took a little dig at her RHONJ nemesis, who jumped on Teresa’s bandwagon to call Melissa’s husband Joe Gorga a “bitch girl.”
Melissa joked, “I always say [Jennifer] pops an adderall, she sits down, she studied all night the night before, she prints her sh*t out.”

Perhaps it’s just an expression for how focused Jennifer seemed at the reunion. Certainly, we can’t assume whether any medication was involved. Maybe Melissa is just salty for a story line next season.
As for the Envy boutique owner, she didn’t even watch the entire season before taping the reunion. “I go in [to the reunion] and I didn’t watch [the full season],” Melissa said, “They gave us the episodes two nights before the reunion and I was busy.”
Melissa explained why she wasn’t up to date on the RHONJ season, “Then, the night before the reunion, I was going to watch and I went down to the hotel bar thinking ‘I need a glass of wine- I’m not going to watch 3 episodes.'”

Well, Melissa knows what the fans want. Some arguments with the immortal Teresa Giudice, and she’s on for another season. Just maybe we can move on from Antonia Gorga’s physical therapy as a story line.
“I went in not even knowing what happened and knew I would figure it out when I get there! I don’t think everyone rolls that way,” Melissa joked.
