The house that Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix bought together is the source of continuous tension. Both parties have been living in the house since Sandoval’s affair with Rachel Leviss was discovered. But they only communicate through Sandoval’s assistant, Ann. The exes have separate bedrooms and try to pretend that the other doesn’t exist. However, now Ariana is suspicious that Sandoval has a new roommate; none other than Billie Lee.
Ariana filed legal documents in January 2024, asking that the property be sold as a partition by sale. In that situation, the house would be sold and the former duo would each receive an equal distribution of funds. Now poor Ariana is waiting for a court date in June. Right now, she is living in New York while playing Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. And she might again use an Airbnb when she is back in California.
Are Billie Lee and Sandoval living together?
During the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Ariana mentioned that she doesn’t think Sandoval is living alone in their house. “I think Billie Lee literally lives in my house right now by the way,” Ariana said.
Billie appeared on Seasons 6 and 7 of Pump Rules and is returning for Season 11. In April of 2023, she was slammed for supporting both Sandoval and Ariana in the wake of Scandoval. Billie said that she was “allowed to be friends with one of [her] best friends who made a mistake while still holding him accountable and not commending what he did.”
When Billie first joined the show, there were rumors that she and Sandoval were having an affair. After Ariana dumped Sandoval, Billie spent a great deal of time with him, reigniting the romance rumors.
Home sweet hell on earth
Sandoval also explained why he refused to vacate his home with Ariana. “I knew that if I moved out, she would probably have a friend move in and nothing would happen,” Sandoval stated on the Pump Rules After Show. He added that “all those bills” would still be “coming out of my accounts.” Then he added this kicker. “Because at the end of the day, if she thinks I’m this, like, serial killer, then why is she still OK living with me?” Oh, the delusions!
Then Ariana told her side of the housing nightmare. “The respectful thing to do would have been for him to accept Rachel’s offer of staying in her apartment. Even, like, two days after all this happened, Kristen Doute was like, ‘Dude, you should, like, leave. Give her space, give her time,’” Ariana explained. “And he just outright refused, basically.”
