Tom Sandoval is beyond redemption if he thinks that anyone wants his commentary on his Vanderpump Rules co-star’s fashion choices. But the man has podcast time to fill. Though, it’s unclear who exactly is tuning in.
Presumably, his Everybody Loves Tom show follows the current season of Pump Rules. And the Bravolebrity wanted to share his opinion on Lala Kent’s recent outfit choice for Emo Nite. Brace yourself.
Sandoval thinks Lala is often not “on theme”
Sandoval called Lala’s outfit on the second episode of VPR Season 11’s event as “missing the mark.” Most likely, the Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner was feeling salty about what was going on in the episode. Namely, a conversation between Lala and his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, about a house party Sandoval wanted to host for his birthday.
“Speaking of Lala, she did not hit the mark on “Emo Nite.” In her outfit,” he said with a laugh.
“Lala has had a history of missing the mark when it comes to outfits,” Sandoval added. “I remember my 70s roller party. She showed up as a boxer with boxer trunks and gloves on.”
Tom Schwartz was on hand to do what he usually does. That is, to defend his bestie and deflect some of his comments.
“She still slays,” Schwartz stated. “It’s great.”
Undeterred, Sandoval had to double-down on his criticism of Lala. He continued, “But I’ve seen her show up to where it’s cocktail attire and [she’s] in leather pants and a leather jacket. I mean, it’s just funny to me. I thought she was going to a Lady Gaga-themed party.”
As per the Tom’s dynamic, Schwartz again jumped in to defend the co-star that Sandoval was trashing.
Schwarz added that Lala, “somehow makes it work.”
Finally, the disgraced reality TV star walked back his comments. Sandoval agreed, “Yeah it’s great. She looks great. It just didn’t seem on theme.”
