Buying Beverly Hills is right around the corner, and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans hope the Netflix original can save Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s incomplete storyline.
Viewers were hoping to get a glimpse into Kyle and Mauricio’s marital troubles on RHOBH Season 13. Unfortunately, fans and castmates alike noted that Kyle was not being all that open, and the season fell flat in many ways.
That’s where Netflix stepped in, offering a trailer for Buying Beverly Hills Season 2 that seemed to provide honesty and answers from the couple. And a recent clip shared online would seem to prove that.
Mauricio opens up about his familial stress
On March 5, @byewighellodrama posted a clip of the upcoming Buying Beverly Hills season to Instagram. The clip saw Mauricio speaking with Kyle, saying, “It was a good moment for me today because I’ve been so stressed. And the travel obviously affects, you know, us.” Indeed, fans saw just as much in RHOBH Season 13.
Mau continued, “And you’re working hard and we’re just busy as can be. And it’s just been so stressful.” Kyle asked if those close to him had seen how stressed he was. He admitted, “I had a whole breakdown the other day in the office.” Kyle was taken aback by that news.
She did, however, point out, “I saw you have a little one here at the house too.” Mauricio further confessed, “I lost my sh*t and I just told everybody, ‘I can’t handle it, I’m done. Just leave me alone.’” Kyle asked what was weighing on him the most. Mauricio said it was simply “a lot of everything.”
Fans were rather surprised by Mauricio’s openness and honesty, especially as he expressed in a confessional that he had tried bottling up his feelings for so long. Perhaps Buying Beverly Hills will be the answer to all of the RHOBH fanbase’s concerns. And perhaps that’s exactly what Kyle and Mau are hoping everyone will think.
Buying Beverly Hills hits Netflix on March 22 while The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 reunion continues Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
