It is still sad that one of Bravo’s longest-married couples, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky, decided to separate. While some of the drama was filmed for Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, there were a lot of unanswered questions. The couple’s daughter, Alexia Umansky, first learned about her parent’s marital woes in the press. That is truly awful.
Meanwhile, Mauricio and Kyle are still living together. Kyle lives upstairs, while Mauricio has taken over the downstairs. This sounds crazy. But Kyle finally shared that Mauricio was looking for another place to live. Kyle is taking a beat deciding if she will return to RHOBH. Annemarie Wiley and Crystal Kung Minkoff have both exited the series.
Kyle adjusts to her daughter, Alexia, moving out
Although Kyle has plenty of drama in her life, she also weathered another change. Alexia moved in with her boyfriend, Jake Zingerman, and the change has been tough for Kyle. “It’s one of those things that was so hard that I wouldn’t allow myself to think about it which is probably not the healthiest thing. She’s 27, obviously, it’s time, but I’m so lucky because […] the pandemic gave me extra time with my girls that wouldn’t have had,” Kyle explained.
The transition was also hard for Alexia. Kyle said that she is “such a home-y girl” who “likes to be at home with her family and her dogs.” And like any good mom, Kyle pitched in to help Alexia decorate her new living space.
“I’ve had difficult days, no doubt,” the mom of four shared. Sophia Umansky and Portia Umansky, the couple’s two youngest daughters, still reside at home. Kyle said that her home felt smaller with “less people in the house.” The actress added, “I’ve had such a big family and a full house, but…we’ll get through it.” Even though it is a rite of passage, it must feel very overwhelming for Kyle to be dealing with all of these changes on the home front at once.
