Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne’s divorce from disgraced attorney Tom Girardi is still dragging on. It’s a difficult situation with Tom’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis adding additional roadblocks for the singer. Still, Erika has a reason to be merry this holiday season.
Meanwhile, Erika has a long road ahead to get divorced from Tom, who is serving time for embezzling millions from his own clients. “It’s very difficult to get someone who’s incompetent to divorce. I have to ask the conservator,” Erika recently explained. “It’s not that easy.”

Erika Jayne is spending the holidays with boyfriend John “Shrek” McPhee
Erika hasn’t been shy about discussing her suitor, John “Shrek” McPhee, in the past. In October 2025, Erika revealed that she and the celeb bodyguard spent some quality time together in Panama. She called it “one of the best trips” she’s ever taken.
Recently, Erika hit up Watch What Happens Live and chatted with host Andy Cohen about her new man. And of course, Andy had some shady questions ready and waiting. “Which of your friends has the worst taste in men?” he asked. “Oh, I’m pretty bad,” Erika stated. “I’d like to say the person I’m currently dating is a very nice person.”
Next, Andy asked if Erika was still with “that fella,” and she responded, “I am.” Andy inquired, “And how long have you been together?” This is like being grilled by your significant other’s family. “Six months we’ve been dating,” the RHOBH songstress said.
Well, Andy seems pleased with the arrangement. “I like it. Will you be spending the holidays together?” he asked. “Yes, I will. I leave on Saturday. So excited!” Erika exclaimed. “I know. Who am I?” It’s been a long time since Erika has been in a romance, and there is nothing lovelier at holiday time.
