Hmmm, let me think for a second. Where have I seen a $40k figure involving both Erika Jayne and her husband, Tom Girardi? I’m sure it will come to me any moment. While I am deep in thought, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Pasadena Edition diva is in the news. No, she isn’t regaling the wonders of Dorit Kemsley’s new home rental or buying gifts for Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave’s impending
storyline baby girl. The woman who communicates through track suits is back in the media thanks to her hubby.
Let’s not continue to rehash the mounting legal bills of our various cast members. Why, that would be uncouth and surely Camille Grammer is already on the case. Well, let’s do it just this once regarding Tom. No need to bother with Dorit and PK Kemsley’s run from the IRS or Mauricio Umansky’s alleged shady house flip that profited him around $70 million. Tom has been dealing with his own financial disputes. Along with a $16 million case over perceived misused funds, in September, Tom was thrown another case. His law firm is being sued by a consulting company for $40,000. Tom is now responding to the case and basically saying, “I don’t know her” to the claim.
Great news everyone! The reigning Princess of Chanel and Court Proceedings has won a case. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has a new season right around the corner and filming is currently in progress. Season 9 found Dorit Kemsley and husband, PK Kemsley battling several lawsuits in attempts to collect on a debt. Sadly, Dorit did not share her financial anchor with viewers but at least we learned how great she is at
lying caring for animals!
Unfortunately for Dorit and her beloved, the man wanting his $1.2 million back wasn’t their only problem. Dorit had issues with a former partner in her world renowned bathing suit line, Beverly Beach by Dorit. Ryan Horne claimed a deal was made with Dorit and PK in 2017 to produce swimwear, along with owning a third of the business. I wonder whatever happened to that lovely woman in the Bahamas who calmly advised Dorit to “pay her friend” and also called Dorit a “cheap bitch”. Well, maybe now that unforgettable video star can rest easy because it looks like Ryan has bowed out.
Well here’s some good news in the Land of Litigation, also known as Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It’s no secret most of the cast have been caught up in heavy financial issues. Kyle Richards’ husband Mauricio Umansky is currently under siege in a $32 million case over a Malibu mansion. Dorit and PK Kemsley were under the gun as well. They had several issues to contend with, including a lawsuit over Dorit’s swimwear line and an unpaid debt of PK’s from 2011. No one was more surprised than us when both of those cases were recently settled.
Erika Jayne’s husband has also seen his fair share of court cases. Not because he is an attorney, but because he owed someone money too. In January, Tom Girardi was slapped with a $15 million lawsuit on the grounds of using funds to maintain a lavish lifestyle. Although Tom denied these claims, his wife has been pretty vocal about how much cash it takes to put her together every day. In July that case was reportedly settled. Now there might be some light at the end of the tunnel for Erika and
her glam squad Tom. Apparently Tom has further made good on paying back funds, which is great, but they aren’t out of the woods quite yet. Hang in there, Mikey!
This is another venture into the world of
frivolous high-end measures to thwart the horrific process of aging! Guess what, only one thing stops the aging process and it’s called dropping dead, but that doesn’t prevent the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from sharing their tips. Getting older isn’t cheap, you guys. Especially in the world of entertainment. I mean, it takes about 40 grand a month for Erika Jayne to even exist. But Erika is special, I mean she communicates through costume and everything. Ask her husband Tom Girardi how that’s working out… Lisa Rinna has also shared beauty tips. Viewers had the opportunity to witness Lisa’s lady waxing routine, which traumatized us all. Rinna has also confessed to a costly beauty regimen, though it is significantly less than Erika’s at only $2000 per month.
Now we have former RHOBH star Eileen Davidson providing some insight on looking young. Eileen looks wonderful, not too pulled or too assaulted by Botox. She obviously enjoys an athletic lifestyle while maintaining an extremely busy work schedule. Recently Eileen made a discovery on the path to eternal youth. Thanks to
paid advertisements a high-tech new mask, Eileen has a new favorite thing! Let’s hear all about how science is helping Eileen combat those pesky wrinkles! Hope you have some cash handy.
Is it a secret requirement that you need to have financial or legal issues to be on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Just wondering. Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley are dealing with a mountain of debt. And they are not alone.
Queen of RHOBH Kyle Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky, has been hit with a $30 million-dollar lawsuit, and some of the Beverly Hills Housewives have been swept into this legal mess. Maybe Mauricio and Kyle shouldn’t have filmed a RHOBH party at the house that is at the center of this lawsuit.
Before 2019, Felicity Huffman was best known as one of America’s most celebrated actresses. The Emmy Award winner and Academy Award nominee was renowned for her iconic role as Lynette Scavo on the campy television show Desperate Housewives. And for her touching turn as a transgender woman in the film Transamerica.
In March of this year, Felicity took on a role she probably never imagined she would be playing. She became the face of the notorious college admissions scandal, along with actress Lori Loughlin. Felicity pled guilty to fraud for paying $15,000 to boost her daughter’s SAT scores. She was just sentenced to 14 days in jail, one year of probation, 250 hours of community service and fined $30,000. Obviously, casting Felicity at this point might be a bit tricky, at least until she completes her sentence.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne had a busy summer. Most of it was spent dealing with lawsuits, even though she led viewers to believe that was a non issue during the reunion. But au contraire, the lawsuits kept a coming!
Erika had to go to court for a $6 million dollar lawsuit against her
ATM husband, Tom Girardi. Then they received another lawsuit for allegedly not repaying a loan and using the money to fund their lavish lifestyle. So what’s a girl to do to afford a $40,000 a month glam squad? Perform with singer and rapper Brooke Candy in a music video, of course!
Everyone seems exhausted from “speculating” about anything to do with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. At this point, loyal fans are in a holding pattern with the current cast members. It has become a love them or hate them situation after Season 9 drama unearthed financial and legal issues. Issues people may or may not have been trying to hide… Were viewers duped into a storyline involving a defenseless animal while the real news was swept under the rug? Signs definitely seem to point in that direction.
Erika Jayne had a relatively low key season. That might be a nice way of saying, she looked bored the entire time. Erika has joined co-stars Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards in the “Honey, what should I wear to court today?” club. Her husband, Tom Girardi, has been involved in a dispute over a measly $15 million. Petty cash! Still, Erika wasn’t phased by Tom’s litigious dance, until she got her own date with a judge. But look, all the cool kids are hanging out with their legal teams, so who cares? Since the core cast has now been disintegrated thanks to #puppygate, we have two new ladies making their debut next year. Erika’s return has been up for debate, but now we finally have some answers.
