Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills featured Dorit Kemsley in her element. She feuded with former bestie Kyle Richards and newbie Amanda Frances. Plus, viewers watched Dorit dropping serious cash while indulging in some retail therapy.
In addition, Dorit was navigating her divorce from PK Kemsley. While she has been quite verbal about her ex, some of her RHOBH co-stars feared her comments would end up hurting her in the end. Just ask Kyle and Amanda. The duo landed on the outs with Dorit after commenting about her divorce.
Dorit says PK Kemsley was “in charge of” the payments
Meanwhile, reports surfaced that Dorit and PK’s mansion was allegedly in pre-foreclosure. Two lenders reportedly filed default notices in January 2026. The total outstanding was $842,376. In addition, court documents reportedly stated that no payment had been made since September 2025.
During a recent visit to Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Dorit about “the unpaid mortgage that we read about this year.” And, Dorit spilled the tea. “That is something that I learned a few weeks before everyone else learned [about it],” Dorit explained, “as we discussed at the reunion. It’s something that PK was in charge of.”
She added, “I didn’t know it was not being paid. We’ve since spoken, and he agreed to bring it up to date.” Dorit previously accused PK of using their financial situation against her.
During an episode of RHOBH, she revealed, “When we separated, he said that the finances would stay the same.” However, “a month later, I got an email saying that he decided that he’s no longer going to do that.” As for their Encino home? Dorit shared on WWHL that they will “put the house on the market,” and she will find a new home base with the couple’s two kids.
