Milania Giudice is potentially following in her parents’ footsteps. The college student was reportedly arrested and charged with simple assault. I wonder how her parents, Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice, feel about this development?
Milania Giudice’s arrest for assault took place in May 2026
TMZ reported that Milania, who attends the University of Tampa, was arrested on May 14 in New Jersey. The court documents revealed that she was charged with knowingly or purposely causing bodily injury. Under New Jersey law, this is a disorderly conduct offense.
The Montville Township Municipal Court told TMZ that the incident is marked as “domestic violence/confidential.” The identity of the alleged victim and details of the incident were not in the court documents.
TMZ reached out to the family attorneys for details, but did not hear back as of yet.
It seemed that Milania had entered a rebellious phase, sporting a tattoo inside her lip that read, “F*ck Off.”
As RHONJ viewers know, both of Milania’s parents served time in prison for fraud. After serving his time, Joe was deported to Italy, but now resides in the Bahamas. In addition, lawsuits seem to be a hobby for the stars of RHONJ. In the past, Teresa supposedly considered filing a lawsuit against her own sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, for allegedly assaulting her at a RHONJ reunion.
Milania grew up in front of the New Jersey cameras and is the third child of Teresa and Joe, who have since divorced. Teresa later tied the knot with Luis Ruelas in an over-the-top wedding.
Milania was always known for being sassy and outspoken. Unfortunately, it seems that her behavior may have translated into something less charming and entertaining.
