Pump Rules Banned From Filming at Schwartz & Sandy’s

Schwartz & Sandy’s was supposed to be a big deal for Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval. Unfortunately, Sandoval basically blew it. For whatever reason, Schwartz maintains his sycophantic relationship with Sandoval, even after he destroyed his own life and took Schwartz down with him.

While some of the Pump Rules cast has welcomed Sandoval back into the fold after literally lying to everyone, Schwartz & Sandy’s is not as forgiving. You won’t see any moody vibes from the restaurant on camera this season, because VPR has been prohibited to film inside. The U.S. Sun has the details.

Cameras have been banned, baby

After Sandoval cheated on Ariana Madix, S & S was burned from fans siding with Ari. The eatery suffered from some severely negative reviews after one of the namesake owners couldn’t keep his shit together.

A year out from Scandoval and it’s pretty clear Sandoval hasn’t learned a damn thing. He’s still petulant and he’s gone so far to blame Ariana for his wicked ways. His current attitude isn’t helping the adverse reactions to his bar and prior to Season 11 filming, someone made an executive decision. Remember Greg Morris who clearly never liked Sandoval? Yeah, he swung the axe on this one.

“Production was banned from filming at Schwartz & Sandy’s for season 11. There was so much toxicity that was aimed at the restaurant,” an insider shared. “The abundant amount of toxicity aimed at the restaurant led to many issues with staff. Whether it was working there for the wrong reasons, like, trying to get camera attention or added pressure they received while trying to serve the guests,” they added.

So, when Selfish Sandy made stupid life choices that impacted his business, others went down with the ship. It tracks though, as Tom only thinks about himself 99% of the time. The remaining 1% goes to his babysitter, Schwartz.

The source shared S & S ”went through a very tough time” and putting that mess on television was not what Greg had in mind when he teamed up with Sandoval and Schwartz.

Greg “took control” – finally

“Greg took control and did not allow cameras to film at Schwartz & Sandy’s. Because he felt like the restaurant and everyone who worked there was unfairly targeted. S & S took a big hit and Greg thought filming there would ruin the business more than it had already been ruined post-Scandoval.”

Not for nothing, Greg was right to pull the plug. We can all see how Sandoval is acting in the present-time, Greg simply doesn’t want the business to suffer further because of one person’s actions.

You’ll have to watch the drama unfold far, far away from Schwartz & Sandy’s this season. Catch Vanderpump Rules Tuesdays at 8 PM/ET on Bravo.
