Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are never getting back together. For years, we watched the rise and fall of this couple on Vanderpump Rules. When they broke up, their shared assets remained a hot topic of conversation on VPR. On this matter, Ariana has just supplied us all with an update on their shared house in California, proving that the issues between these two remain incredibly interwoven and complicated, to say the very least.
Are Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval still living together?
Ariana recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live. Playing a game called Something About SUR, Andy Cohen asked, “You and Tom agreed to sell your shared home. What’s the latest news?”
Smiling like the well-seasoned PR pro that she is, Ariana answered, “That is ongoing but hopefully wrapping up soon.” However, Ariana also revealed that she has since moved out of their shared home. But we already knew this narrative. Two months ago, we reported that Ariana had purchased and settled into a new house in Los Angeles valued at an impressive $1.6 million.
Reminding everyone of her grown-up acquisition, Ariana once again explained that she has her “own house.” However, Tom still “lives there, but, yeah …” she added. At first, Tom wanted to keep their home. But the buyout deal he offered to pay Ariana made her sing, That Don’t Impress Me Much, in our heads at least.
Cue Ariana, bringing the courts into the fray back in January 2024. Thankfully, their house appears to have sold, which makes sense, as Ariana explained this mess was “wrapping up soon” on WWHL. Sure enough, when we looked up the address supplied by their court dockets, it showed a big SOLD on the listing.
