Deckhand Joe Bradley is back with his (fun) bullsh*t this season on Below Deck Mediterranean. He landed himself in a love triangle during Season 9. And now, long before his yacht could even leave the dock in Season 10, two receptive stews have already caught his eye. As he has already realized, our guy is in trouble, since just like Kizzi Kitchener, Joe (seemingly) loves love.

Regardless, Nathan Gallagher, his pal from Season 9, is the new bosun. But Nathan just had to fire two of his deckhands, which created a vacancy only Joe could fill (literally, everyone else was busy).

But thankfully, Joe was Captain Sandy Yawn’s first choice. Cue Nathan and Aesha Scott, losing their minds. When Joe arrived, Nathan swung his returning man-candy around, absolutely giddy to have his boy back on the boat.

I was also ecstatic to see Joe, because the last time I interviewed him, his humor made my day. So, I’m back speaking to this man once again about Below Deck Med Season 10, which Joe promises “is utter chaos,” complete with at least one crew member going “off the rails.”

Joe explains his delay in accepting Captain Sandy’s job offer

During Episode 5, Captain Sandy texted Joe with a job offer. But Joe took a while to respond. What was he doing?

“I was driving a boat. I’ve got my yacht master now. So I’ve been doing deliveries from Ibiza to Spain.” And also, “there was no connection 24 miles offshore.”

Once her offer came in, Joe was all in. But he “had no idea” that Aesha and Nathan were already filming. Their reunion at the dock was touching, we noted. Laughing, Joe said, “A little slow motion of me getting levitated. That is probably a bit demasculating, but it was good.”

Real men are the ones who share their feelings freely, as they did. Joe smiled here. He gets it.

Would Joe jump Nathan’s ship to star as a bosun elsewhere?

As a bosun, Nathan is struggling. Does he improve?

“So, with Nathan, a bit of a teaser, you will see it at different times, so watch it every single Monday because you will find out what happens. But this is his first time as a bosun, and there’s going to be pressure. There’s going to be mistakes. But if I can be there and hold a bit of responsibility where that doesn’t happen, then I’m there for not only a mate, but I’m there on a professional basis.”

If given the choice to return under Nathan or appear as a bosun elsewhere in the Below Deck franchise, which option would Joe choose?

“I’d say, ‘let’s go, baby, anything.’ I mean, I’m [already] a bosun. I’ve just come off a boat five weeks ago … and it was a 50-meter,” so “I’m ready for anything.”

Joe touches on his new love triangle, but he is still waiting for a DM from Luann de Lesseps

In Season 9, Joe found himself in a love triangle. Only a few seconds into Season 10, here Joe goes again, catching eyes and feelings with Victoria SanJuan and Kizzi. But how long will this storyline last?

“Whole season,” Joe quipped, but also, “honestly, you’ve got to believe me right now. This season is utter chaos. No one gets left behind.” Instead, the storylines contain “one thing after another. It’s not just me, Nathan, Max [Salvador], everyone’s just in this ball of chaos.”

Regardless, which yachtie did Joe crush on the hardest? “So I’m not going to say who it is, but there was like an 80-20%. You can be your own judge, but a lot of [my] feelings [were] on one girl that was 80%, and then 20% on one of the other girls.”

But sadly, nothing long-term happened during filming. “My relationship status is, I’m single, ready to mingle. I need to have a good time, respectfully.” Luckily for Joe, Andy Cohen has a solid option for Joe to consider: Luann de Lesseps.

After his first episode back, Joe appeared on Watch What Happens Live. As Andy recalled, Luann reportedly dated the other Joe Bradley on Bravo. Should Andy set Lu up with this Joe instead? Joe was down with this idea, but has Lu reached out to him since this episode aired?

“She hasn’t DM’d me yet. Where is this DM? I’m not going to send her a DM because I’ve sent a message already that I want her to send me a message. So I’m waiting. Send me a message,” Lu, Joe stressed.

You heard the man. Send Joe that DM, Luann!

Joe talks OnlyFans and Below Deck Med content, teasing, Max Salvador goes “off the rails”

Later on WWHL, Joe talked about his OnlyFans account. Yet, he purposely left out the reason why he let his page go inactive, so as not to “lower the feeling of the show.”

Basically, Joe was busy “taking care of my mum. I took five weeks off. I had to leave the boat I was working on because my mum got breast cancer. So she had to go through surgery, and I had to be there,” he said.

Beautifully, his mother is now “cancer-free.” So soon, “some spicy content” will go up on his account.

I next asked Joe to pick one upcoming, funny storyline. In these scenes, what can we expect to see?

“OK, I’m not going to say the storyline, but I’m just going to give it a name. Max is crazy. He’s off the rails.” But don’t read anything negative into this, as Max “made [Joe] laugh,” and he created “a happy environment to be around.”

Below Deck Mediterranean is streaming on Peacock.
