The Real Housewives of New Jersey has always been centered around family. After a vicious, long-time feud, Teresa Giudice cut ties with her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa Gorga. It was heartbreaking to see their children grow apart. Watching the cousins grow up on RHONJ always warmed my heart.
Eventually, Teresa offered an olive branch, announcing that she wanted to make peace. At first, it seemed that Joe and Melissa were surprised by the timing. After all, casting is reportedly underway for Season 15 of RHONJ. “It has to come from a humble place,” Joe previously said. “It has to be real.”

Finally, the trio sat down and, presumably, hashed out their differences. Recently, Teresa was a guest on RHONJ alum Jennifer Aydin’s podcast, TV Gold with Jennifer Aydin. And she spilled a sip of tea about what happened during the meeting.
“[It’s] baby steps,” Teresa stated. “There’s incidences that has happened the past few years or whatever. Like for instance … [My daughter] Audriana [Giudice] saw little Joey [Gorga] at a party. And when they saw each other, they got teary-eyed, and I think they hugged, and it was so sweet.”
Teresa continued, “And then Joey told Audriana he wanted to send Gia [Giudice] a message, which … that touched my heart. Whatever happens with the parents shouldn’t affect the kids,” she added. While chatting with her friend, Teresa took the time to clear up some pesky rumors. Namely, that she and her hubby, Luis Ruelas, were “getting divorced.” Teresa stated, “No. We’re not. [It’s] fake news.” She added, “Absolutely not.”
Then, Teresa addressed the rumors that she wasn’t asked to “test film” for RHONJ with some potential new housewives. “[I’ve] never test-filmed before,” Teresa said with a laugh. “[People] need to calm down about that.”
