Just days after taping the Real Housewives of New York City reunion episodes, Dorinda Medley chatted up Brandi Glanville on her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered. Dorinda dished on her relationship with John Mahdessian, including why he isn’t on the show this season. She also talked about the fractured relationship between Carole Radziwill and Bethenny Frankel and why she doesn’t look forward to the break in filming between seasons.
On everyone loving Dorinda: “I hope that’s true. People say that but you never know if it’s true or not. I love the fact that I’m loved. Who doesn’t wanna be loved?” Brandi interjected, “It sucks to be hated, I’ve been there, girl.”
Dorinda added, “I try to be the voice of reason. Although I don’t succeed all the time, I try not to judge too much. I’m a forgiver. I don’t hold grudges.”
Dean and Brandi talked about their recent reality show My Kitchen Rules, and reconnected on Brandi’s Unfiltered podcast. Brandi introduced Dean as her “ex-costar” and he jokes, “I don’t wanna ever be one of your exes!” Brandi agrees, “Listen – I don’t blame you, but I think you would make a better ex than my actual exes. I’m friends with all of my exes except for my ex-husband.”
Reminiscing about My Kitchen Rules, they admit to bickering constantly about everything – even Dean’s appearance. “There were moments,” agreed Dean, “but I was never not on your side.”
Brandi begins by gushing that Amber is a “gangsta!” and marvels that she’s been on TV for a decade yet still stays “relatable.” Amber takes issues with the word relatable, because most people do not have a “telescope” on their deeply personal issues. Amber explains that she spends so much time filming ‘on the couch’ because, “I don’t feel comfortable going out into a public place and talking about … cause in my life some issues I feel are very personal. For other people to just be listening or eavesdropping, it makes me uncomfortable and I’ll shut myself [down]. I want to be truthful.”
Brandi Glanville’spodcast is still going strong and today was one of my favorite days because whenever she has a Bravolebrity on, there is a whole lot of hot tea spillin’. The now-former Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent was on and the two of them dropped some crazy accusations and got VERY candid about a plethora of topics. Brandi revealed that Kim Richards‘ dog bit her twice, is pretty sure that most of the Pump Rules men are at least a little bit gay, and they both are pretty sure about drug use among the cast. Lala and Brandi didn’t hold back, so grab your popcorn and wine and unwind from your work week with some explosive quotes below!
Lala starts out by sharing that she did not finish out the upcoming season of Vanderpump Rules. “I did not finish the season. I can’t really tell you why I left, but I can tell you that I’m very happy that I did.” Brandi chimes in to say that she knows several of the cast members, not well, but then comments about Eddie’s indiscretions with Scheana Shay. “I shared my ex-husband with one of them, Scheana. She’s a whore.” Lala adds, “and she calls me the whore, so I’m a little confused.” Brandi continues, “I was at home pregnant and she was f***ing my husband on Tuesdays. And for her to say she didn’t know he was married? When you only get one night a week, how do you not know?”
Siggy had such potential when she first showed up on the scene immediately after a face lift while she drank lobster bisque through a straw, but she is trying to be a group therapist on a show with viewers who live for the fighting. It doesn’t line up for me. And not only that, but what is her story line? Aside from getting involved with other people’s lives, please tell me. Someone? Please.
Guess what Brandi Glanville spent her weekend doing!? If you guessed, ‘Proclaiming that she’s no longer willing to be somebody’s booty call by showing off more butt selfies!’ then you guessed right! I don’t know if this is news, per se – maybe it’s more like confirmation that the Earth is still round and that ice is still cold?
I have to admit, I thoroughly enjoyed Dorinda Medley on Brandi Glanville‘s podcast. I mean, I could have done without Brandi’s voice, Brandi’s immaturity, and Brandi’s constant interruptions, but the rest was great. Dorinda was great.
Brandi gushes over Dorinda when she calls in and says she doesn’t like how much the Real Housewives of New York have come after her so far this season. Dorinda likens Real Housewives to a sorority: “At first, they kind of take you in, rush you, invite you to the great cocktail parties, then the hazing starts. First season, they get you all in there and let you get your feet wet. Second season is when everyone really tests your strength. A second season can be a make it or break it, personally and professionally.”
Brandi also takes issue with Dorinda‘s RHONY co-stars coming after John Mahdessian, “I think it’s really messed up, especially these women that don’t have men themselves. I feel like they’re just jealous that you’re actually happy.”
Shemust have been tranquilized, nervous because of the Russian accent, the hotness – something, because Brandi was uncannily well-behaved and actually allowed her guest to speak. I mean, as much as it’s possible for Brandi!
