Whew, you guys so much to discuss from last night’s Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills but unequivocally my favorite thing ever in this whole world is Denise Richards‘ “I’d like to talk to the manager…” face. Denise may be laid back and getting laid on the daily, but we saw what happens when you try to come for her.
If Kyle Richards believes bringing on Brandi Glanville to destroy Denise’s life (which is just SO GROSS on premise) will work, she’s wrong. I’m totally Team Fucking Denise Richards, and I think most viewers are too.
Also Kyle’s hair this season is just straight up karma! She looks like a matronly old bat from the 80’s attempting sex appeal. Whomever talked her into these messy topknots with teased bangs might be my hero. Reveal yourself – you deserve our praise!
It’s important to know when to pick your battles. Dorit Kemsley made it very clear that she was going to show up late for Teddi Mellencamp’s retreat. She said this ahead of time, Teddi seemed to be OK with it, and it should have been all good. However, Kyle Richards took issue with Dorit showing up with her hair and makeup done. Did she forget that they were filming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Hair and makeup are basically required, even for a
This is where the “picking your battles” thing comes into play. Yeah, it’s annoying when someone is late to an event and you find out that they took several photos on Instagram before she left the house. However, again, Teddi knew Dorit was going to be late. Kyle has no idea what else Dorit did that day aside from that impromptu photo shoot. Kyle, let it go. Of course, Dorit got her hair and makeup done, she does it everywhere. Who cares? Well, Kyle cares and she tweeted a lot about it after the episode.
Camille Grammer carried Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9 on her back, especially after Lisa Vanderpump exited the series. With everyone else playing nice and doing what they could to keep their skeletons in their closets, Camille came in hot. She called out Dorit Kemsley for her financial issues. She randomly beefed with Denise Richards.
Camille feuded with Kyle Richards on Twitter. She shaded Kyle and Teddi Mellencamp for their super close friendship, saying Teddi is “up Kyle’s ass,”
which is true. She more than earned a diamond for Season 10, but it just didn’t happen. Aside from losing that full-time status (again), Camille didn’t even get asked to film for Season 10 until late into the season. We haven’t seen her at all so far.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards are already at odds, and the season just started! Kyle asked for Dorit’s help with her fashion show. But Kyle took offense when the swimsuit designer claimed that she saved Kyle’s fashion extravaganza from flopping.
We all know that Kyle is besties with accountability coach Teddi Mellencamp. Dorit arrived late to Teddi’s retreat, glammed up to the max. Kyle knew that Dorit was late because she had an appointment with her glam squad, not because she took her children to school. Then Dorit told Kyle that she wanted to leave early because Teddi didn’t appreciate the fact that Dorit had bothered to drag her fabulous self to the event.
Kyle Richards really came in hot during the last episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She argued with Dorit Kemsley and Lisa Rinna in addition to taking jabs at Denise Richards‘ personal appearance. Kyle took up for Teddi Mellencamp after Dorit showed up to Teddi’s event late (which she informed Teddi of ahead of time) in full-on glam. When Denise reminded Kyle, “You knew she was coming late,” Kyle didn’t care. Instead, she just kept on going, saying, “Hold on, hold on, hold on. So, it’s not just coming in at 1 o’clock. It’s coming in with your Barbie glam look for a workout when you’re not even working out.”
She kept dissing Dorit’s Instagram photoshoot, which is so ironic because now she’s giving Dorit exactly what she wanted: attention for these photos. Denise asked Kyle, “Why are you judging her? You’re judging her, Kyle.” Kyle rebutted that “it’s not genuine.” Denise pointed out the obvious, asking, “So, she looks like a f*cking model. Who cares?” Then, when Denise innocently got up to hit the ice cream sundae bar, Kyle dissed her looks. Kyle commented, “This one, who’s never worn anything but a f*cking mop top ponytail in her whole life is all of a sudden all like… really? Ragamuffin.” During her confessional, she laughed it off, of course, and remarked, “‘Ragamuffin’ is not the nicest word, but I could have said worse.” You did, Kyle.
Season 10 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is underway and so far, so good! In case you missed it, this season welcomed both Garcelle Beauvais as a housewife and Sutton Stracke as a friend of. I have high hopes for Garcelle but I am absolutely LIVING for Sutton this year. She was just as uninterested in Kyle Richards‘ “fashion” and Teddi Mellencamp‘s pregnancy as I was in the premiere episode of the season. Since then, she’s only gotten better.
In episode 3 Sutton went so far as to tell Teddi to her face what we have all been thinking. She is boring and pregnancy isn’t her area of interest. Yea, yea, yea, she followed it up with saying she now finds Teddi interesting, but not until after Teddi left the table to sob. Bless this Southern belle in couture mess. She has been an absolute joy to watch and she’s finally sharing her reaction to seeing herself on the show.
I’m starting to think maybe Denise Richards doesn’t have the best taste in men. Don’t get me wrong, I love her, I really do. But after seeing her current husband, Aaron Phypers bonkers lecture on the latest episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, I’m starting to really wonder. In case you missed it, Aaron gave a very questionable speech on atoms and cancer at Kyle Richards‘ dinner party. As if that wasn’t strange enough, he then said people were following them as Denise tried (unsuccessfully) to shush him for their “safety”. Oof. If you haven’t watched, I highly recommend so you know what you’re dealing with this season. At the very least, read the recap.
But it’s not just Aaron that is out there. Remember Denise’s ex is none other than Charlie Sheen. And her ongoing drama with him was featured on the first episode of RHOBH this season. While out for drinks before Kyle’s fashion show, Teddi Mellencamp decided to alert Denise to something she saw in the press. That something in question was Charlie saying he couldn’t afford to pay for child support, despite Denise’s instance that he doesn’t anyway. The women, including Erika Jayne, tried in vain to convince Denise to take this to court. But despite Teddi telling Denise that Charlie said she was “behaving like a coward”, Denise wouldn’t budge. According to Denise, “I’ve been called worse by him. Actually, that’s tame.” I love how unflappable Denise is.
On last night’s Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Teddi Mellencamp hosted an All In retreat which no one wanted to go to at all, so they went all in on Kyle Richards instead.
Despite being invited, told it didn’t matter if she attended, and then ultimately being uninvited there is Sutton Stracke, riding in a car with Kyle and Erika Jayne to Teddi’s retreat.
Sutton, displaying her good southern manners, listens to Kyle prattle on about how busy she is. Being Kyle is an exhausting, nonstop, all-consuming, ever-involved endeavor of Kyle-ness. Like Kaftans Through the kloset karosel, these are the days of Kyle’s life. Sutton is actually only half-paying attention because she’s consumed with her own worries about dealing with Teddi. Even though Sutton apologized and received a reluctant OK to attend the retreat she’s still nervous about what to expect.
