Johnny Karagiorgis claims he was savagely beaten by the three RHONJ cast members and filed charges against them for assault and terroristic threats. A judge agreed to these charges which are pending investigation. Today all parties again appeared in court where Jacqueline, Chris and Joe gave their testimony as to what happened.
Jacqueline told a the judge: Johnny was “asked not to attend” the Posche 2 grand opening, “but he showed up anyway with a bodyguard” and “came dressed in clothes like he was ready for a fight,” reports North Jersey.com.

Apparently the place was packed and she was part of a “tsunami of people” and didn't see Johnny initially. Jacqueline recounts that “he lunged towards me, and I heard him yelling, ‘I’ll [expletive] kill you.'” She adds that Johnny “had a crazy look in his eyes like he was on drugs or something.”
Joe and Chris reported similar accounts stating Johnny lunged at them, threatened to kill them and was in general attempting to provoke them. Johnny allegedly made comments about Jacqueline and Chris' autistic son Nicholas.
Judge David Pfund, who heard Johnny's allegations last week, also presided over the latest hearing. As a result of the testimony he determined "sufficient probable cause existed for the charges to proceed." Johnny was formally charged with harassment, making terroristic threats, and assault.
This means both parties have received essentially the same charges and a hearing will be held to determine further culpability. We will be updating as events unfold.
