Below Deck Mediterranean Star Bobby Giancola Accuses Hannah Ferrier Of Offering Herself To Him

Below Deck Mediterranean's Hannah and Bobby on Watch What Happens Live

I haven’t seen a Watch What Happens Live episode this messy since Brandi Glanville slapped and threw wine on Jeff Lewis. I didn’t expect it, but Below Deck Mediterranean stars Bobby Giancola and Hannah Ferrier had a lot of tension and straight up argued the entire time. And on top of that, there was an innocent infant behind the bar the entire time.

The entire thing was weird and even Andy Cohen was uncomfortable, but he couldn’t help laughing at the shit show. It was so awkward, yet I could not look away.

Andy asked them, “Does Captain Sandy [Yawn] micromanage too much?”

Bobby gave a politically correct answer. “I think at the beginning it was maybe a little bit of micromanaging, but I think it was just she wanted to show us her way how to do it.” That wasn’t good enough for Hannah. She immediately jumped in with the shade: “Maybe it’s a little bit different for Bobby because he doesn’t have a lot of experience in yachting.” And that was only the beginning of this episode’s awkwardness.

Hannah was asked which Housewife she would hire as a chief stew and which Housewife she would never want near her boat. “I think I would probably hire Brandi [Glanville] as a chief stew just because she’s so funny.” I kind of get that one. The answer I don’t get is when she said, “I would probably never want Kyle Richards near the boat, just a lot of wine on board, you know.” No. I don’t know. That doesn’t make any sense to me. I hate saying this, but maybe she meant Kim Richards? Then, I could see where she’s coming from.

That hypothetical Bravo-crossover question was child’s play though. Shit really hit the fan after Andy showed a clip of Bobby and Hannah arguing from next week’s episode. Bobby told her, “You were talking about me,” and Hannah insisted, “I actually wasn’t.” I’m sure we will find out next week, but they just kept arguing. Bobby said, “That is not what I heard and that’s not what we’re gonna be seeing.”

A little later, Hannah told Bobby, “I said you were a douche bag because you brought three dates to Watch What Happens Live. You are a douche bag if you bring a girl you’re dating.” Instead of defending himself, Bobby said, “We weren’t dating.” Andy interjected, “You slept together the night before.” So. Awkward.

Hannah told him “You brought two Instagram girls, Bobby,” and Andy joked, “You brought two strangers from Instagram to my show? I’m the only one who can bring strangers from Instagram to my show.”

I figured Andy’s interjection would break the tension, but nope. It got worse. Bobby told Hannah, “We all know you’re jealous.” Hannah asked, “About what?” Bobby told her, “You don’t want me to go there,” but at that point I was simultaneously annoyed and intrigued. I would be so annoyed if the episode ended without any actual revelations.

Bobby claimed, “You offered yourself to me a couple times and I shot you down.” Hannah asked, “Honey, really?” He alleged, “The premiere party we had for the first season. I had to walk out on you.” I was cringing watching this from the comfort of my own home. I could not imagine actually being in the clubhouse.

Hannah countered, “Oh my god, you’re hilarious because I actually stayed sober that entire night. I left that night.” Bobby later said, “You can deny it all you want. I don’t care.” Andy wiped the look of shock off his face long enough to say, “This is very compelling to me.” I don’t know if “compelling” is the right word, but it was definitely entertaining.

Andy tried to switch it up with a lighthearted question: “Where’s the craziest place you’ve hooked up on a boat, Bobby?” But Hannah couldn’t let the opportunity to shade Bobby slip away. She answered, “He’s only been on boats with cameras, so he wouldn’t really know.” Bobby insulted her right back: “You wouldn’t know that either.”

The tension was at an all-time high between these two.

During the final segment of the show, Andy revealed, “You two have been fighting during the entire commercial break.” He asked, “What are you fighting about? You’re saying she drinks too much and you’re say that he what?” Hannah said, “To me he was a bit trashy.” That’s the understatement of the century.

Andy asked, “Do you think he crossed a line tonight?” Not surprisingly, Hannah said,  “A million percent.” I’ll tell you this though: I’m a million times more interested in Below Deck Med than I was last year. Bobby ended the night declaring, “I think her head is just getting too big.” Really? Bobby – of all people – making this statement is laughable at best.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK HANNAH REALLY TRIED TO GET WITH BOBBY? DO YOU THINK BOBBY CROSSED A LINE ON WWHL?
